I had a problem with the peper shaker from Saxa and reported to them and the respons was very quick and after that they looked into it the give me my money back and a good extra bonus for my problem.
Realy good company and now I stay with this brand.

Sent a message to hillary brookes as found mould in a just bought tub of ambrosia mousse, got a reply pretty quickly and although I only paid £2 for them she sent me £15 vouchers and was absolutely lovely in the message, they arrived a couple days after the message back. Really appreciate the customer service. Thank you. Just want to add that my kids love ambrosia products and do a little happy dance when they see them, so we will continue to use them always.

Vests chow mein what have you done to the crispy noodles. They are total rubbish please bring back the old recipe or I will not be buying again. The new version are terrible and tastless. I have been having chow mein for 50 years now and they have never tasted so bad

If you want a milky drink with a few lumps of rice thrown in, treat yourself to a can of Ambrosia Rice Pudding. If instead you fancy some decent Rice Pudding, steer well clear of Ambrosia. Described on the tin as creamy and delicious. I call it watery and bland.
When the tin is opened, there is a layer of fluid on top of the "rice". Never again.

Exeedingly good cakes? Rubbish!! Exceedingly abysmal customer service? Too true! I have always liked their cakes, but not anymore. I have not bought any in recent times and was surprised how they had shrunk in size. I triedmy favourites, French Fancies and on opening the box, lo and behold it contained 1 pink 2 lemon and FIVE chocolate,my least favourite of all.. None of these cakes tasted as they used to and left a bitter taste in the mouth. Despite thei written platitudes I was un able to contact them as the phones were not accepting calls!Cou ld that possibly be because the person who coudn't count when packing the French Fancies is the person manning the phones telling me to try later? Been trying since 9 am and it is now 2.30 pm.Can Trust Pilot please install an extra category e.g . a black cross because it goes against the grain to award even one star to this couldn't care less firm.Obviously Premier Foods feel they are too big and u ntouchable to deign anwering concerns and complaints, evidenced by their ignoring of complaints on this site. From now on I will be avoiding anything manufactured by Premier Foods.

There is nothing premier about this greedy company.They use cheap ingredient in order to maximise profits, in effect deliberately ripping off their customers .

The candy in the machines at Pioneer balloon are old. This is not the first time. I buy a candy bar and it's like a rock. Waste of my money. I'm going to ask for new vendors. Same old stuff. Never nothing new. I'm been here for 5 yrs.

I had family from Ireland for Christmas Dinner. I got organic chicken + veg from a farm in Herefordshire.

I made a mistake by getting vile Bisto Gravy Granules. Everyone had poured it on their dinner and asked me did I spill sugar somewhere.

I was fuming.

I checked the gravy - it’s loaded with sugar. The label had sugar - they loaded it with sugar as a filler.

I complained to Premier Foods.

Sarah - Customer Relations Advisor said she sent me vouchers - I never received them. She lied.

People don’t care anymore. I don’t want them anyway - Disgusting

Please avoid at all costs.

If I had the money, then I would hire a solicitor to take them to court over their name. Dog dropping food would be more apt.

I was recently given a pack of mince pies, and there was no shop name on the packaging, as I was hungry at the time, I ripped the box open and thought mmm I am looking forward to these. The pies were dry as a desert and near enough not eatable, but I hate throwing away food, so I got through them in the end.

I have also brought crisps from my local 24 hour garage at 1am in the morning because I was hungry and could not sleep, I brought three packs as they were a big size and new and £1.00. I started eating the cheese and onion, disgusting, then I thought that I would try the plain also disgusting. I tried the salt and vinegar the next day also disgusting. It took me four days to finish off the crisps which is a record for me to have to force something down my throat.

All in all, there is nothing premier about any of the products sold by this company, and even the low cost brands from Asda or Morrisons, the really cheap stuff taste much better than this.

Save your money, as you will always be disappointed regarding the taste of any product that this company produces.

I've found recently that all pudding with Ambrosia name is thin and not up to standard! Custard/rice/tapioca! You could drink it!
So after going onto google for reviews about these products and seeing what people have complained about! Why aren't health inspectors getting involved!?

Premier foods, this company includes Lloyd Grossman pasta sauces, which I like. I entered a competition on the jars. On the 20/02/2020 they text me to say I had won! £50.00,
I have received nothing, which must be against the law!!!
I have messaged them, e-mailed them, they apologise and do nothing!! At one point they tried to say I had not given any info to them, though I have the text on my phone still which shows I sent the info they wanted. Plus many e-mails.
I have now said that they have ruined the experience of winning and I wish £100.00 to compensate for the 7 months of time chasing this.
Pretty sure it is against the law to run a competition where in truth there are no prizes!! is that not something that should result in an arrest?

Purchased pack Batchelors Cup A Soup and found they had not sealed properly - total waste of time reporting to Batchelors (Premier Foods) because they just ignore you - won't be buying their stuff again!

I do not think many would disagree with me when i say "Bisto" is a brand name that every family has trusted for generations. The trust built on a foundation of quality products and the launch of the Bisto ready meals range would have suggested that quality continues however sadly that is definitely not the case. These meals are packed with cheap ingredients fatty meat and extremely salty to taste. Very disappointing Premier foods i feel you have let you and us down.
