I recently used Premier inspections for a real estate home inspection, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, Tim was professional, thorough, and incredibly detail-oriented.

He took the time to carefully examine every aspect of the property, clearly explaining what they were looking for and why it mattered. I appreciated how he pointed out not only major concerns but also smaller maintenance issues that could become problems down the road. The explanations were easy to understand, which made the whole process much less stressful.

The inspection report was delivered promptly and was well-organized, complete with photos and clear descriptions of each finding. It gave me a lot of confidence in making an informed decision about the property.

Tim was very professional during the inspection of our home. He was very thorough in checking all items that needed to be inspected. He communicated his findings and gave recommendations to address issues.
The report that was provided gave specific details of the findings, with photos included.

Tim was recommended to us by a friend who recently bought a home, so we reached out to him for assistance when we began the buying process.

In today's market, offering on a home with a condition of inspection can be tricky, so we opted to bring an inspector with us on walkthrough. He was available at the drop-of-a-hat when we were headed to a house that needed to be offered on quickly, and was very thorough within that 1 hour time frame.

Before leaving, he will give you a verbal assessment on any issues he finds and even provide suggestions on how to fix them. A formal report follows after, with pictures and descriptions of anything of concern. You can tell that he is extremely knowledgeable in his field. Highly recommend!

Tim Bolton of Premier Inspection was extremely through, detailed and extremely professional. His passion for the job was infectious and he was great at educating me about the important things. He was honest about what would need to be fixed immediately and what could potentially wait. He also gave approximate costing and how to best maintain some of the major appliances in our home (dehumidifier, furnace, water tank, etc). Overall he did a great job and I would highly recommend you to my friends if they decide to buy a house and need a home inspection.
