I have ordered several tablecloths from this company. I have two tables with irregular dimensions, and this is the only company where I can get tablecloths in the correct sizes and colors. Their poly premier tablecloths are terrific. I pretreat any stains, throw them in the washer and dryer, and fold them. No need for ironing. I was also able to get a vinyl cloth to protect my table from sticky little fingers and spills. Their shipping is also incredibly fast. I highly recommend this store for custom sized tablecloths.

I went with Premier Table Linens after reading many other company reviews, which I always do. I wanted fitted tablecloths for my granddaughter who is 13 and makes jewelry for shows. I had no idea how to upload or download a photo...but I knew what I wanted. If it wasn't for Nelson being extremely patient and knowledgeable I would have never been able to do it myself. Nelson hung in there with me and didn't give up on helping me. We finally got the tablecloth design finished, I placed the order and when I received them there was a typographical error on the tablecloth...My fault for not catching it, I called as soon as I noticed and was greeted by Albert and Lilian who assured me don't worry, we got this. They were amazing, they rushed my order through even though I made the mistake. They called me to confirm and make sure everything went smoothly, and that you don't get now, always on the computer but they have a personal way of handling their customer. My recommendation every time! Many thanks again to all that helped me with my project, it was a pleasure working with you!

We found out 2 days prior to a tradeshow in Atlantic City that there had been a cancellation and we were accpted as a vendor. We contacted Premier for a tablecloth with our logo and they made our cover the same day and it was delivered to our hotel today. Albert was wonderful and made it happen. He immediately sent us the proof and kept us in the loop every steep of the way. The finished custom tablecloth is excellent quality.

I met Mia and Anthony at the wedding MBA convention last year and we have been purchasing all our linens from Premier since then. The quality and customer service are always excellent and production is fast. We purchased boththe Spun Poly and Panama Linen.

We are very pleased with the linen rental program. Very easy to rent and brand new table linens that arrived ready to use. Customer service was very responsive each time I contacted them. They also allowed us to make last minute changes to the rental.

I have been battling with Mia at premier table linens over an order mix up and consequent billing error. Mia was very rude to me and not willing to work out a compromise with me. There could have been confusion on both sides of this issue but she was extremely condescending and refused to refund my money on an order I refused.this has been an on going dispute for from the time of order creation until today Oct 30 and still not resolved.

Horrible customer service, custom ordered a table cloth used it once for Sunday dinner (definitely not stain resistant). Will never order from them again.

Such good service. I have never been disappointed as a last minute planner. I was in a pinch, last minute request from my niece's Quinceañera to have linen table and chair covers for two days out with multiple size chairs, Anthony was so helpful. They were well stocked boutique and merchandise easily ordered. They were at a reasonable cost, fast same day shipping and they all fit. With the sash, it set the ambiance for the room in a very special way.

We ordered two tablecloths for a convention where we are exhibitors. They both came in the correct colors with correct specifications: fitted with center slit. We did not like one of the colors but we did not have a color swatch so that was on us. No problem there. I ordered a color swatch and when it arrived I ordered the color we wanted again fitted with center slit, along with a runner. When we received the tablecloth the slit was in the wrong place. Since we have to pay extra for that I used the online chat to ask what to do about the situation. I believe Tony is the name of the person that called and wanted to know why I wanted to switch to what I had ordered since it is the same thing. I guess it is a bother to him to have his people correct their mistakes but that is no reason to get loud and huffy with a customer on the phone. I never even got the chance to ask a question about the runner because he was so hot under the collar he basically hung up in my ear. The runner has a deep pressed in crease and I wanted to get advice about getting the crease out without damaging the runner, but was not able to even have a discussion. Kind of sad really when the product is pretty good but the customer service is of the type to prevent future orders.

The owner, Tony, called back after noticing this posting and was very polite. He was very helpful about the question I had about the crease in the table runner and how to care for the table covering. Thank you Tony!!

This is by far the best table linen manufacturer and they sell to the public at wholesale prices. Have been extremely pleased with every transaction.

We have been purchasing tablecloths from this company for over a year and can not be more pleased. The linens are made in the US, are quality, durable and the customer service is excellent. It is a family owned business but yet does large volume and treats us right.
