We had a great stay at Monte da Poupa in the Algarve, booked through Premier Villas. The villa was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The outdoor area was a highlight, especially the pool and seating areas, which were perfect for spending time together and eating outside. Premier Villas were easy to deal with and very responsive, making the whole process straightforward.

Overall, a really enjoyable stay and we would happily recommend it to others.

Very stressful and unreliable experience.
I was told the property I intended was available, confirmed the booking, and paid the deposit. Only 48 hours later, I was informed of a double booking and that a family member would take priority over my confirmed reservation.

Mistakes can happen, but 48 hours is more than enough time to properly verify availability before requesting payment. This created clear mistrust and caused me to miss out on other options that are now unavailable.

Overall, a very unprofessional handling of the situation.

Fabulous villa that was very well appointed. The management team was excellent and we had great support before, during and after our visit.

We had a wonderful holiday in Praia da Luz with my parents, husband and our baby (her first holiday). The booking process was very easy and straightforward. I had lots of questions before booking and everything was answered quickly and kindly which really put me at ease. The booking process was clear and easy and I felt well informed at all times. The villa was beautiful and well maintained with everything we needed. Location was perfect, convenient yet peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family holiday and will definitely be booking again.

We recently travelled to Monte da Poupa near Guia, as a family group to celebrate an important birthday. The staff at Premier Villas were brilliant, helpig us not only find the villa, which exceeded our expectations but also with extras such as taxi transfers, which would have been tricky with such a large group but this was all arranged for us. The villa itself was lovely, with stunning views over the countryside and a nice big pool. The villa is walkable to the hamlet of Guia where we went several nights for food. We used a car for local food shopping which is in a huge shopping centre close by. I found all the communication very clear from Premier Villas who were always happy to help. We have already booked again for next year!

Ben and the team and premier villas were fantastic while we were booking our holiday. The team made the process easy and the villa in Portugal was beyond our expectations. Will 100% be booking through these guys again, couldn’t recommend enough!

We loved the villa for a family holiday to celebrate my husband s 70 th birthday . It was perfect , the pool area is excellent there are plenty of beds ( which were very comfortable) and shade too . Lots of sun at different times of the day as well .
The location is great , not too far from the resort facilities . Very easy walking distance to the restaurants . Buggy’s are available to order to take you around the resort .
The villa was cleaned and stocked everyday by very good and nice maids .
We all found the beds to be very comfortable and the cot supplied for our 2 yr old grandson was perfect .
The facilities for our mixed age group were great . Tennis and golf for some of us . It is rather expensive but that’s usually the case in 5 star resorts ! Excellent play areas for young children nearby too . The beach is lovely and we enjoyed swimming there every day but we were glad to get back to the villa to our own lovely pool .
In fact we all enjoyed our stay so much we extended it by 2 nights this year and we all want to go again next year . This is unheard of for us so it shows that it was the perfect place for our mixed age group .
Premier Villas are also an excellent company to deal with .

Be careful and check the name of the villa you book. Bad company imo.
You forget to mention in your reply.
1. You changed the name of villa from kaia to bella after we booked and then tried to hide it. The real name of the villa is Bella not Kaia.
2.we had already instigated a chargeback with our bank under misrepresentation. The only reason you paid the deposit back was to avoid any charges from your bank
3. You still currently list as Villa kaia. When in fact the name of the villa is clearly Bella as its listed on other uk websites under its correct name Bella.
Beware of this company. Still in denial about their fraudulent behaviour

The booking process was seamless from start to finish. The team at Premier Villas were on hand to answer any queries pre-arrival. The villa was great and all the family had a fantastic time. It was very clean and well maintained. There were a couple minor niggles which the local property management company unfortunately didn't manage to fix but nothing major to negatively impact our holiday.

The booking process was easy and clear, with good communication throughout. We stayed at Villa Ziya which exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully maintained, well equipped and felt like a home away from home. Location was great, 5 minute stroll to a well stocked mini market which made picking up essentials really convenient. We also used the villaeats app recommended by premier villas for food delivery and larger grocery shops, which worked brilliantly.

We had a regular taxi driver who helped us get to various beach clubs, into town and back again he was very reliable and made getting around stress free.

Another recommendation from premier villas, the highlight of our holiday was the boat trip with Captain Asli on Kartel boat a truly memorable experience that we highly recommend to anyone visiting Kalkan area.

I visited the gorgeous Monte Da Poupa villa in the Algarve a few weeks ago with my family, and haven’t stopped thinking about how brilliant our holiday was! Exceptional customer service and care from Premier Villas. A holiday we will never forget.

So far, we’ve received quick and helpful responses to all our messages and queries, along with a beautifully presented holiday pack. The accommodation offers outstanding value for money, and this is our second time booking with Premier Villas. Highly recommended — 5 stars!

I recently stayed at Quinta Sanzara Villa in Lagos, Portugal. The villa had the potential to be incredible. Unfortunately, it is managed by the aging villa owner and his very young Thai partner. They have not got the villa up to rental standard and frankly lie about the facilities at the villa. When these basic issues were raised they just told us to leave the villa. Simon Jennings of Premier Villas ensured that we were not made 'homeless' on holiday and that we could continue to stay there. Other than that, he has done nothing to compensate us for the myriad of issues we put up with. He just do not care. Do not touch this company or villa with a barge pole.

Quinta Sanzara Villa was advertised as a platinum villa on their website. The mind boggles why, despite us challenging them about this on return from our stay. Since our return and a month of battling with Simon Jennings (Director of Premier Villas). It now looks like this property has been withdrawn from their website.

This goes to show that Simon himself knew how bad this villa was and since speaking to him this week the above has occurred. However, Simon is still to phone any of our party and refund all or some of the £12,000 it cost us. They are clearly a company where only money matters to them. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this company because customer service does not matter or exist. We will continue our fight.
