It's oke, but there are better out there
Great support before buying, but after you got the deal done it's a little less and slower, but that's my experience. It took pretty much time to get things done. Dedicated VPN server is actually slower then competitor like NordVPN.

We’re glad you found our pre-sales support helpful and that your dedicated IP was delivered promptly - within 12 hours of your order. We understand your follow-up request for changes came just before the weekend, which did result in a short delay. We always aim to respond as quickly as possible, but weekend timings can occasionally impact response times.
Regarding the speeds, you were receiving around 550Mbps download and 460Mbps upload - well within the expected performance for a dedicated VPN in this DC. However, we did offer to move you to a different data centre on larger ports to see if it better suited your needs, but unfortunately, this offer was declined before we had the chance to assist further.
We’re sorry to see you go, but we appreciate you giving us a try and wish you all the best going forward.
Edit: Please note that we provide a dedicated VPN service, which can sometimes take a little longer to deliver than a simple dedicated IP—particularly over weekends. Even after issuing a full refund, we still went the extra mile by setting up an additional server for Vincent to test and continued offering support. Very few providers would extend this level of assistance once a refund has been processed.
In this case, the user was aiming to achieve maximum speeds on a NAS device with limited CPU power while using OpenVPN. We advised switching to WireGuard, which is much more efficient for that type of setup.

Hi, there.
I’m in China, before I use PremierVPN, I was using Surfshark, Until it was totally blocked by the GFW.
Then I tried some other VPNs, non of them worked. One day I saw an ad for PremierVPN, I thought I could give it a try.
I didn’t have too much hope in it. Surprisingly it had few locations that I can connect to.
Now, it has been a year since I use PremierVPN and it still works fine.
Looking forward to the future!

I just checked PremierVPN with my restricted internet
I want to share my thoughts and experience about PremierVPN
First of all, i must mention that I'm living in a country with heavy internet restrictions while almost every site and service is blocked here with our internets; therefore we always need a VPN for our internets. But the other thing is that most of common VPN Protocols are blocked here as well; like OpenVPN, IKev2, Ipsec, WireGuard. So, most of VPNs are failing to connect here.
A few days ago i found a VPN service called PremierVPN and they're offering that their service can be work even on restricted internets so i did give it a try!
The first unique protocol that I've tested with PremierVPN was a protocol called Anyconnect. I checked their Anyconnect protocol with 3 different internet providers and it works well on all of them and it bypasses my internet restrictions with help of this protocol.
Another unique protocol that I've tested was their Stealth SSL Proxy. I have set up it with a third party client on my device and it not only bypasses my internet restrictions, but also it was so fast. I didn't noticed any kind of speed loss with my internet while connecting to their Stealth Proxy.
I'm pretty sure that Anyconnect and Stealth Proxy can be helpful for bypassing any kind of internet restrictions in China, Russia, Iran, ect. If you living in such a countries or you're facing internet restrictions, then PremierVPN can be good solution for this as it becomes my main VPN since then
