I had a few questions after receiving and using the litter. I wanted to know the exact composition of the litter besides the bean curd and pea fibre, as it arbitrarily lists corn, wheat and pine as a renewable material but doesn’t make it explicit if it is in the litter or not. My cat has GI lymphoma and I need to make sure I know exactly what she is ingesting (if she licks it). Wheat, corn and pine are unsafe for cats to ingest. I sent 3 messages and I have left 2 voicemails with zero response.
The litter is almost the exact opposite of all the benefits it promises on the packaging and website. It is definitely NOT dust free. My cat comes out with her paws and face covered in white dust, which she then attempts to lick and she definitely inhales it. It DOES track quite considerably. It is NOT super absorbent. It takes some time to absorb and then it DOES NOT produce easy scoop solidified clumps. They are congealed and sticky (almost like a porridge consistency) My cat’s tray is extremely difficult to clean with all the congealed litter. I’m also baffled why it states litter trays can be left weeks at a time if all waste is removed. THIS IS FALSE! I literally have to change her litter approx every 2 - 3 days, due to all the sticky, congealed, difficult to scoop litter. This will become quite costly quite quickly. Not to mention it is a fiddle to open the bag. The handle came off and I had to cut it open - not ideal! The only positive is that is DOES neutralise odours and it is environmentally friendly - perhaps you could consider a durable paper packing instead of plastic, which is a little ironic.
I cannot imagine I am the only one to provide this feedback. I would suggest that you rethink your false advertising and invest some time and training in customer service and respond to customers, especially those that have contacted you 5 times. I would give the litter no stars if that was an option. I would not recommend this product, which is a shame.

The tofu cat litter is of good quality. Just be mindful of the dust is any member of the household has respiratory conditions.

The reason for a 3-star is that I am still awaiting response from the CS team to my repeated emails over the past ten days regarding a recent order.

Same as Sue Eve I ordered cat litter on the 29th November and dpd have still not received my order. I have messaged you on Facebook messenger and sent you an email and I have had no reply from you at all. Really not happy at all, I will be requesting a full refund and shopping elsewhere if I do not receive by the end of this week. A reply would be appreciated

Hi. I ordered cat litter on the 29th November and as yet dpd have not recieved my order.

Yesterday November 11th, I expected a delivery of cat litter by DPD. I received a text to say sorry we missed you. I was at home!
I then received a further message telling me the delivery would be today, November 12th at between 10.13am and 11.13am. No message this time. No one turned up. I am a regular customer of Premium Cat Supplies and like the product, but it's pointless spending my money with you unless I can receive your product in a timely manner. You need to seriously consider changing your courier.

UPDATE
I rescheduled my delivery to arrive at my local Post Office today November 13th. DPD did not turn up. No message.

Product was as described and the cat loves it. Will use you again.

Cosy, cuddly new bed for a new baby kitty.

The absorbency is good and it is easy to remove. The only down side is a bit dusty .

Update- sorry to report that I ordered new formula and its very bad. Clumping not good and created a glue like consistency which makes it very difficult to lift changed to 1 star

Have bought tofu cat litter from them several times for my Mum. This time round their courier attempted delivery but wouldn’t leave the parcel and take a photo like other do and took it 1.5 miles away to a shop for collection. Mum is 88 and can’t collect a 13 kilo parcel plus doesn’t have anyone nearby to help. I tried to call Premium Car Supplies but their number always goes to answerphone so I filled in their contact form on their site and five days later no reply.

I will just have to allow the parcel to be sent back and await a refund. Have gone on to Amazon to buy the litter now.
