Premium Health Avis 

I was having trouble getting my insurance to cover the weight loss shots and started looking elsewhere. I found this company through google and I am so glad I did! Everyone has been so easy to work with and they have been very attentive if I reach out with questions. I am on week 2 of semaglutide and already losing weight. So happy I chose to go through premium health!

Premium Health has been amazing. They provide a cost effective means for those that cannot afford Wagovy and whose insurance doesn't cover either.

I had been on Ozempic for 6 months for a total weight loss of 22 pounds. I plateaued at about 4 months. My primary physician wanted me to try Mounjaro or Zepbound. Insurance would no longer cover these drugs, including Ozempic. I found Primary Heath on the internet, and checked it out. It was what I was looking for and can afford. My PP is on board. It’s been 1 month now, and so far, so good. Lost 4-5 lbs on 2.5 dosage. No side effects except for occasional vomiting, very occasional. Looking forward to the increase in dosage to 5. The video call with Dr. Hussein was instructive and informative. I’m very pleased thus far. I have about 20 to 30 lbs. to go.

I am very disappointed with this service. I started the medicine on 3/14 after having to call in because apparently fed ex delivered the first prescription to the wrong address. On 3/14 I received the medicine which I was very surprised not in something to keep it cold, I started the medicine immediately. The only thing I felt after taking the shot was nausea, it hasn't done anything for my appetite at all. I have talked to 5 ppl who started the shots at the same time I did and all but one has lost weight and have no appetite. The other person is going through a different online group and they increased her dose and now has lost 6 pounds in less than 10 days. I called premium health and got no help. I feel like after my credit card was billed the helpfulness ended. I can not afford to pay for something that doesn't work for me.

My weight loss has been steady but very slow.
One thing I did not know upfront, which I think is only fair to know, is that with your first vial of the drug, you increase the dosage every four weeks, with the indication that your second vial will increase to 25 units. You are not told that to increase over 20 units, you have to pay another $100 a month. I specifically asked before I signed up if everything was included in the $275 monthly charge and was assured it was. To get 3 months into the program and then learn of the increase in cost if you want an increase in units of the drug seems like bait and switch, leaving a feeling of a company who just wants your money and "too bad if you can't cough up another $100 every month." So I continue at 20 units and very slow weight loss. Very disappointing.

I have been very pleased with the program. I am a borderline diabetic. I have tried several diets all that involves healthy food habits. The people have been extremely nice while dealing with me. Thank you again for making this available to me. It’s weight loss at an affordable price

Medication has arrived timely Nothing hidden. Nothing unforeseen. For this personal care, I have no want to look any further than right where I am at. In good hands with Premium .

During my consultation I was told that I would receive 3 months supply in the shipment. The 1 vial only has 10 doses in it per the packaging. 10 doses does not equal 3 months of weekly dosing.

Dr M is AMAZING- such amazing customer service and personal touch! Super fast responses from the entire team when I had any questions or concerns. Made appropriate changes after speaking to Dr that were needed. Such a high touch company truly cares about my well being.

I felt completely defeated when it came to the constant struggle of losing weight at 47yo. I did my research from those that have had tremendous success with these injections & made my decision to give it a try. The first week I didn’t notice a weight loss, but driving by a fast food restaurant was no problem, because I didn’t crave anything. The next week I had 10lbs off. Now it’s over 3 months with trying both injections & I have 47lbs off of this now 48yo. I feel amazing & that I’m finally living how I should be living…to its zenith! I can wear clothes, not because they fit, but because it’s the style I prefer! For someone that has struggled since childhood, had their mouth wired shut to lose weight in college & taught herself how to become a binge eater to keep her figure throughout a marriage, this has been a Very Long Time coming. It was very easy for the means to justify the cost y’all! I couldn’t (not) do this for myself. I can’t allow myself to ever get over 200lbs for my 5’ frame…ever. I am extremely grateful for those that have helped me with your company on this journey.

This review is a new review from my experience on Feb 12, 2024. Was having issues reaching Premium Health. I wrote a review on Feb 12 saying the took my money and never responded to me. All of that changed when Ramin called to express his concern , he made sure I was satisfied . And the pharmacy once my meds were ready overnight them to me. The overall second experience was awesome Thank you to Ramin and Anazao Health pharmacy for fast delivery.

Great company with outstanding customer service. I appreciate that they worked hard to get my medication adjusted to the correct dose and are an affordable option for me. I also appreciate how quick and responsive they are when I reach out with questions.

Premium Health is a very good company!! I was running out of my meds and I was told that my meds would take 5-10 business days to arrive. I got my medication in three days!! This company is amazing. I’m sticking with them for the long run.

The product is reasonably price and good quality. The customer service aspect was encouraging at first. At the refill point I have been chasing a prescription for well over a week and will miss my next dosage due to poor communication. The response time is not what I expect and customer service seems to be at the bottom of the ladder. Janet Hunter
UPDATE: The general manager was attentive and answered my concerns very quickly. My prescription was delivered a couple days late but was sent as he promised. I am always willing to give second chances and with the prompt attention by the general manager I believe it is warranted. I am looking forward to a positive relationship with Premium Health.
