One of the biggest issues I see is, nowhere on your completion certificate does it say "presence college"....
It also would be much better with some videos or at least diversity in AI reading the pages to you. Like male voice reads male examples, and so on...
All in all it is a good course, but could and should be great...

There is a glitch in the classroom..the…
There is a glitch in the classroom..the system is making wrong answers right and vice/versa. I have contacted adm. who has verified the issue, but after a WEEK or more, the issue has not been addressed/corrected. What do I do? I have reached out numerous times and told "it is being addressed manually" Help!

It was a great learning experience. The material was very easy to understand for a beginner in counselling ministry. The case studies were very relevant and painted a clear picture of the scenario. Brought to life the emotional, mental and relational struggles of people.

What made the experience great for me…
What made the experience great for me was me not having to read. I am a better listener. I don't think there is nothing that could have been done. Also, I lie that it was not only multiple choice but no time limit.
