Customer service is great! Enjoy the meals as well though wish it was easier to update choices in the subscription and receive a reminder a couple of days before hand.

Excellent customer service! Shopify had automatically selected an old address and I only realised after placing the order. Press were amazing - even though it was completely my error, they sorted everything out quickly and made sure it was delivered to my correct address with no hassle at all.
Truly outstanding service, and the juices are the best too! Thank you 🤩

I remain a loyal customer, it is all about how companies deal with these issues when they arise.

Food good but if you need to flex any part of plans it all goes wrong .
Customer service do reply but all e mail no phone contact . Advised by customer service what discount codes to use and then when sent proof of not working advised me it was sent to be checked , they close the ticket ! I order a separate plan but am then told I can’t pay to add more items as not on p plan ( the one the codes don’t work for )
Then my Friday delivery was moved from press side to Tuesday and they were billing for another delivery two days later ! I advised I was going to stop ordering as all admin mess not worth it when many good meal delivery companies.
They said ok ! Then today I get notification of an order en route!!
But lots of e mails saying my issues been resolved, and tickets closed !
Please sort out your admin and customer journey as in months I used you , I seen big decline .
why is everything so gross..
I did the juice cleanse a few years ago and I genuinely enjoyed it. This time I chose the 3 day meal plan, after a particlualry food heavy holiday I wanted a reset, and sometimes I find it easier to go all in than trying to figure out a diet for myself. the price is decent when you get the first time discount and the delivery and packaging was fine.
one thing to note: those microwaveable steam packs.... christ. you cannot open them. you CANNOT! the film will not peel off. ever. I wanted to dicreetely eat my weird green soup in the office and I had to go and beg the cafe for a knife which they are not allowed to hand out so soon the entire bloody workplace was involved in my weird diet choices. not fun. and messy.

Delivery not made on correct day so the juice went back to depot and was left out the fridge for nearly 2 days and went bad. Never received a phone call to check if I was in which would have helped

Having completed my 3 days I woke up this morning feeling like a new person. The marketing is all true! And as a bonus, my bloat having gone, means I can easily wear my entire wardrobe, 3 days was all it took. I plan to repeat this once a month, keep myself on track. Self care. So important. x

I like the product (except celery but I force it down) . Subscription service keeps me on track. I had a minor glitch with an order which was all sorted out quickly and at no cost to myself so very happy with the response time.

Big Disappointment
I’m completely disappointed. I bought the Signature 3 day cleanse as it is ADVERTISED 3kgs weight loss.

Unfortunately, I lost only 200g over 3 days!!! I had the juices for 3 days No additional food.
It’s FAKE. Please don’t fool people with wrong marketing as it’s expensive.
Better say NOTHING GUARANTEED, less bloated and more energised like your consultant Molly is telling me now!!!

High recommend Press in so many ways!
I have used Press juices for a while when I feel I need a reset and a cleanse. They are delicious and filling and definitely curb my appetite while fasting.
The service is amazing and they are extremely responsive and helpful.
