Die Komprimierung der Datei hat nicht funktioniert und 20 cent gekostet. Anschließend wurden mir 2 mal 49.90€ abgebucht. Ich habe jetzt versucht das Geld zurückzubekommen, mal schauen.

Ich wollte für 10 Cent eine pdf komprimieren, die am Ende unlesbar war, weil die Qualität so schlecht war. Nun wurden mir 50€ angeguckt und da stand NICHTS über diese Bedingungen!! Ich überprüfe solche Abofallen immer im Vorhinein.
Edit: nachdem ich mit dem Anwalt gedroht habe wurde mir kurze Zeit später die Hälfte zurück überwiesen.

Tried to get my money back and they said they can only offer half back.

SCAMMERS. They charge 0.10 to compress a photo and after that they charge you 49.90usd without your consentiment! SCAMMERS!

They are scammers,they charge you a subscription you haven't chosen after they catch you in a trial period that expires in one day. Be aware they charge you 49'90€

They charge you for a PRO service without explicitly saying that you are subscribing to a service 50€. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I used this website to compress an image, thinking it was free. I was asked to pay €0.10 to download the file, with no clear indication that this would enroll me in a recurring subscription.

Less than 25 hours later, €49.90 was charged to my account by a company called Wildstone Dynamics ING — without my informed consent.

When I contacted support requesting a full refund — my legal right as an EU resident under the 14-day withdrawal rule — they only offered 50% and kept delaying with promises of “management review.”

I had to cancel my card and open a chargeback dispute with my bank. This is a deliberate and deceptive practice. Other victims have reported the exact same pattern on this platform. Avoid this website at all costs

Abzocke, einem werden gratis Bildverkleinerungen angeboten. Die Bilder werden dann jedoch vergrößert und nicht verkleinert, desweiteren werdem einem 10 Cent berechnet jedoch 20 Cent abgebucht.

Mit der Zustimmung dieser Zahlung, abonniert man Pressdown dann noch. Aufpassen und Abo sofort kündigen.

Diese Seite ist Betrug. Man googelt kostenlose PDF verkleinern dann erscheint die Seite"Wildstone Dynamics ING" es wird angezeigt dass man 0,10 EUR zahlen soll. Die 0,10 werden abgebucht allerdings konnte die PDF nicht verkleinert werden. Kurze Zeit danach wenn man auf sein PayPal Konto sieht, werden zusätzliche EUR 49,90, abgebucht. Erst einen Tag später bekommt man dann eine E-mail von Pressdown mit dem Hinweis, dass man ein Abo abgeschlossen hat und auf das Email antworten soll. Das ist eindeutig Betrug.
Das ist Betrug und Täuschung.

Ich habe eine Datei komprimiert und hab gedacht für 10cent ist das ok aber am nächsten Tag kommt die Nachricht das 49.90€ abgebucht wurden man hat sein Abo abgeschlossen für 50€ im Monat. Es ist offensichtlich Betrug!

Ik probeerde een document kleiner te maken. Hiervoor moest ik een proefperiode aangaan en € 0,10 betalen om na de proefperiode het abonnement aan te gaan. Ik had het later niet meer nodig dus heb ik mijn proefperiode afgezegd. Hierdoor werd blijkbaar zonder aankondiging mijn account omgezet naar PRO. Ik kwam hier pas achter nadat er € 49,90 van mijn rekening afgeschreven werd. Nergens is het goed aangegeven of aangekondigd. Na gemaild te hebben heb ik nu de helft teruggekregen.

Niet tevreden met de aanduiding van accounts omzetten en zonder aankondiging geld afschrijven.
