A disaster from the beginning and the job is still not finished! I paid 60K for an extension! Six months later we have leak,floor not stable, the under heater doesn't work and so leak under the sink ! I have never come across such an incompetent company, one that constantly makes excuses and claims that nothing is ever their fault.Stay away from them and save your money. Bruno

Ordering Process: Incredibly smooth and straightforward. The customer service team was knowledgeable and helped guide us to the exact style we needed for our terrace house.
Installation: The fitting crew arrived right on time, worked with great care and precision, and left every room completely spotless when they finished.
The Result: The new windows look stunning, fit seamlessly, and have already made the house noticeably quieter and warmer.

The salesman is great at his job hence went with them despite having quite a few quotes. Really regret using this company. their workmanship was very poor and product was badly fitted. The workers came into a clean house and left it dirty. Dusty and did not cover our floors or variety’s until we asked. There was sealant all over the place and very shabby finish. Pls pls do not use them at all
Update: The business claims in their response that they do not recognise me as a customer, however has called my phone non-stop. The opportunity was given to correct the work during the job, we have no interest in dealing with your company again. My review is simply to warn others away from receiving a service like we received.

They took our order for the windows, wanted payment straight away, then said a surveyor would be visiting to check the measurements and structure.
We were then told we needed outer lintels fitted as per building regs.
Again he wanted more money up front to fit them with the windows.
They fitted the windows and I asked if they had done the lintels also and was told yes.!!
A builder friend of mine visited and informed me that lintels have not been fitted.!!
After many emails he finally told us he would be back to fit them.
After letting us down a couple of times the crew came to fit them.
After fitting 3 they said that’s all they were instructed to fit?? We had paid for all 6 windows to have lintels fitted.!!
After more emails we were asked for more money to fit the other 3, we reported them to Fensa.
Eventually Fensa got him to fit the 3 at no extra charge and finally had no more dealings with him.
From fitting the widows in February to finally getting the lintels fitted in July 5 months later.
Warning if you have used this company and paid for lintels please have them checked to see if they are fitted!!!!!!!!
I am posting this review again as removed as I posted the MD’s name although he’s not bothered about that in good reviews.
I would like to add that after posting this review my wife received some rather aggressive and swearing messages, very unprofessional.

We are sorry to see that the customer remains unhappy, particularly as the matter was ultimately resolved and the additional lintels were fitted without any further charge to the customer.
For clarity, the requirement for the lintels was identified during the survey process, and the customer was advised that additional lintels were required. We requested an additional contribution towards the extra materials and labour involved. When the customer declined, we nevertheless agreed to install the remaining lintels at no additional cost as a gesture of goodwill and to bring the matter to a conclusion.
We therefore do not accept the suggestion that we knowingly failed to install lintels that had been paid for, or that we deliberately left the customer without the required works. The lintel requirement was identified during the surveying process, and the works were ultimately completed.
We are also concerned by the allegation that the customer’s wife received “aggressive and swearing messages.” We take allegations of this nature seriously and do not consider abusive or inappropriate communication acceptable. If the customer wishes to provide the specific messages being referred to, we are happy to review them objectively. We believe it is important that allegations of this nature are supported by the actual correspondence rather than presented without context.
We also note that the review has been reposted after previously being removed because it included an individual's name. We respect the customer's right to leave an honest review, but we believe it is equally important that the review reflects the full circumstances and the fact that the outstanding lintel works were eventually completed at no additional cost.
Despite the difficulties encountered during this project, we did ultimately ensure that the requested works were completed. We remain committed to addressing genuine concerns professionally and fairly.

We had all of the windows and a couple of patio doors, then a remodelling of the Bay window inside and out. Great work.
And the guys were good about coming back for any snags we had.
And also were great to re fit patio doors 50mm higher as we were screening the floor.

The whole process was so easy start to finish. They listened to exactly what I wanted and made the whole process so straightforward. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent. I am very impressed with the overall high standard of finish. I had a whole house refitting. The attention to detail of the fitters was amazing. I would highly recommend to all of my friends and family.

Good end result, difficult process

The windows and doors look good and the outstanding issues were eventually addressed, although a follow-up FENSA inspection is still pending at the time of writing.
Unfortunately, the project was affected by poor communication, repeated delays, and a lengthy remedial process following the initial FENSA inspection. To their credit, the company did ultimately return and carry out the necessary works.
Overall, a good end result so far, but a much more stressful experience than it needed to be.

I would strongly advise caution when…
I would strongly advise caution when dealing with Prestige Windows & Doors Contractors Ltd.
I paid a £4,000 deposit in January based on an agreed total price of £10,000 for windows, doors and a porch, with an expected installation timeframe of around six weeks.
Since then, the experience has been extremely disappointing:
The contract issued did not reflect what was agreed, and I raised concerns at the time
I was pressured to approve documentation that I did not believe was accurate
Communication has been very poor, and I have had to repeatedly chase for updates
I was informed at one stage that my order had already started, despite ongoing changes and no final agreed contract
After months of delays, revised quotes were provided which removed part of the original scope (the porch) and increased the overall price without clear explanation
When I raised these issues and requested a refund, this was declined, with the company relying on contract terms despite the above concerns.
More recently, I have received voicemail messages from a director of the company in response to this review which I consider inappropriate and unprofessional. I have now requested that all communication be conducted in writing.
Overall, this has been a very stressful and time-consuming experience, with funds tied up for months and no progress made.
I would strongly recommend ensuring that all details are clearly documented and agreed in writing before making any payment.
