Posh Pawn Avis

Never used a service like this before but a friend recommended this shop so I collected my broken jewellery and odd earrings that have sat around gathering dust and I was amazed at the price I was offered. Vilma, who looked after me, was amazing explained everything thoroughly, there was no pressure, very highly recommend!!

Would recommend to anyone who is considering a visit, brilliant staff

Great service with Prestige.
Very professional and best price received.

After an email interaction with Marta, we travelled to London with the diamond we referred to. We were made to feel unwelcome and very quickly dismissed. No proper checks were done and we were told to keep the rings as 'costume jewellery'. The items were certified earth mined diamonds with a vvs1 grading. Maybe if you are busy, you shouldn't allow people to walk in. Really suprised and very disappointed.

First time using a pawnbroker and couldn’t be happier with the service. All explained in full. All questions answered. Good price received. Would recommend :)

This was my first experience here and was very happy with the service received by Alina
She was courteous and professional and explained everything and the whole procedure of selling scrap silver very efficient
Thank you

Adeel Mughal was absolutely kind understanding reason for selling jewellery. Shop very exquisite. Highly recommended.

Adeel was very personable and highly professional, I disposed of some scrap gold and received some free advice on some coins that I wasn’t selling.
No need to go anywhere else!

Very pleased with service at Loughton store with young fair haired lady , very friendly and helpful when taking in some old Gold and silver jewellery in that no longer wanted and very pleased with what was offered and would definitely use again

A really positive experience at Posh Pawn in Guildford today. As a first timer I had no idea how it all works but I was put at ease and offered a really professional service. Staff were lovely and explained everything to me. They even helped me send digital ID from my phone. Thank you.

Amazing service from start to finish. Would recommend.

My first visit. It was nice to have proper and kind service, a clear explanation of what was involved, what to expect and they made the process of setting up an account professional and straightforward. Left me feeling they're trustworthy. I may visit again and I will definitely tell my friends that this is a good place to go.

Really kind people who put you at your ease. Also make you feel secure about leaving your precious items.

Amy @ Loughton was friendly whilst being professional and sharing her knowledge on items that we were selling. The transaction was smooth and i felt comfortable that i was given a very fair price for our items. Would definitely use and come back again.

I have dealt with this delightful company before. My comments now have not wavered from my original of excellent. They are beyond and above excellent. Marta was the member of staff I dealt with just before Christmas. Faultless deliver down to a cup of tea! And worried that we were (my husband and myself) were using the tube to get back home! Highly recommend. My experience was in December 2025 but cannot get calendar to accept .
