Amazing - very good qality and great value for money

Fantastic quality and great service. So much so I returned and purchased a 2nd one. Asked Andrius if could make a few size changes so they were a little more bespoke and he did so without a problem with only a small increase in price.

Thinking of going back for a third one once I've done some more changes in the garden.

I am so pleased with my new planters. They are beautifully made - the wood is very smooth and even and they look stunning. They were shipped packed very carefully on a pallet so that they arrived safely. Response to any questions I had about the product were answered promptly and helpfully.

Purchased 3x long planters with castors and trellis via online retailer. Unfortunately, some of the components arrived damaged and the online retailer spent a week faffing before finally asking Pretty Planter to contact me direct. From this point onwards it was great. The Pretty Planter customer service has been excellent and rectified the situation with understanding and without any further delay. I only wish I'd purchased direct. They may be a little more expensive that way but certainly would be worth it and for peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future.
