From the beginning, Louise blended professionalism with real engagement and warmth. She made sure we understood the commitment we were taking on, provided daily updates and videos from the moment the pups were born and poured knowledge into us over the 8 weeks via the brilliant litter WhatsApp group. She also provided a number of written and online briefings including feeding and the going home process. The puppies were raised alongside her own family and dogs which was brilliant for early socialisation and confidence. Our joyful, cheeky butterball of a puppy arrived almost house-trained and is settling in to our household brilliantly.

We recently bought a Puppy from Preziosa Daschunds and certainly as a first time dog owner I couldn't recommend Louise and Family enough! Louise was there the entire process, from the minute Betsy was born she was honest and open about everything she was doing with the Pups, how our Pups were developing and we got lots of lovely photos and videos. We had Skype calls to explain the going home process so we could make the transition easier on our puppy, also advise on feeding and answering any questions we had. Louise's has just been wonderful, nothing is too much for her, she always has time for you and there's no such thing as a silly question. Due to Louise's genuine love and care for her dogs means we came home with a wonderful, confident healthy and happy puppy! We will be staying in contact with Preziosa as we feel very welcome into the family 🐕

The experience we have had with Louise (Preziosa Dachshunds) has been 10/10 from the very start. The daily updates and group chat with other litter parents makes you feel part of the journey. Louise has been always available to answer our questions (within minutes) and provides great advice before and after picking up your puppy. The attention to details in terms of enrichments and socialising ensures that every puppy goes to their forever home confident and happy. I could not recommend her enough, there is no-one better!

The artisan bakery products are fabulous. One of my raw fed dachshunds is a fussy eater and had to be coaxed to eat her meals. Add a sprinkle of ‘coconut crumble’ and, like magic, she now eats her food! Prompt delivery too. Thank you.

The ordering was easy and the product was well described. Speedy delivery and the dogs love it alongside their raw food diet.

I give no7 to my 11 year old and she is going strong.
