I made a large purchase in mid October. It is now going on the end of March, and no payment. I emailed them 7 days ago, and no answer. Forget this bullshit. 6 MONTHS TO GET PAYMENT!

Worst Cashback rewards site out there
Worst Cashback rewards site out there. First, they tell you a % cash back you can expect. However, when you finally get the confirmation after you shopped it's not even close to the % they originally claimed. Much much lower. Bait and switch if you ask me. Second, when you email their customer service. You get immediate canned response back saying stating they are looking into the matter and will respond shortly. Days, weeks go by with no response back. Horrible customer service. Buyer beware.

We did respond to your original ticket on December 10th, but it looks like that message may have been missed. We understand how that can be frustrating, especially when you’re waiting on an update.
We’ve reviewed your order, and unfortunately, it doesn’t qualify for cashback. According to the merchant’s report, the order was marked as “Canceled,” which makes it ineligible for cashback.
We’re here to help if anything still doesn’t look right or if you have more details to share. Please feel free to reply to your original ticket or send us your account email so we can take another look for you.
Price.com will never pay out
Made a hotel reservation at numastay by clicking via price.com.
First they didn't pay out. Then they said they will pay at a purchase price of around 25 dollars. After several months and going back and forth and sending them 10 different types of documents, they agreed to compensate me for the full amount(based on approx 500 dollar purchase ).
Today, I log in to see my account balance and they marked the entire transaction as ineligible claiming numastay didn't pay them.
Whether numastay paid them or not isn't my problem specially when my transaction wasn't excluded.
Users be aware. They are running a scam!

While cashback is ultimately confirmed based on the merchant’s report (and can be reversed if a merchant later marks a transaction as ineligible or doesn’t pay out), we agree that the back-and-forth you described isn’t the experience we want for our users.

Scam, avoid it!
Total scam, I have about 100 dollars of cashback but I can't redeem them. I only receive errors. Support does nothing during almost a month. And they delete my questions about payments from their social media. Please avoid it.

Redemption errors can occur if an account requires verification or if a payout method fails a security check; however, we should have resolved this issue more promptly.
