I ordered a plant stand and I’m very happy with my purchase, it’s exactly what I wanted.
Delivery was fast, I received my order within 48 hours and it was packaged well.
The instructions were clear and I found it easy to put together. Would highly recommend Price Crash Furniture for quality items at affordable prices and excellent delivery response time!

The 2 items i purchased arrived quickly and well packed.
The coffee table is really lovely.Easy to put together and well made.The dinning table however was marked and had to be returned which was dealt with well.

I had received a phone message from PriceCrashFurniture with reference to colour choice as my emails via amazon did not arrive(Not uncommon apparently) Ian was very friendly and polite and kept me fully informed about my order. The chair arrived and was delivered to my living/dining room and partially unpacked for me- I have difficulty walking. The quality was above expectation. I now have to wait for my son to lift the seat on to the base. Can't wait to sit in it!

My furniture arrived with a very small, but unfortunately noticeable, defect on a drawer front. Seemed their replies to my messages weren’t reaching me so the team went above and beyond to contact me through another channel to let me know I had been heard.

Amazing customer service, efforts like that can’t be faulted.

Failure to provide what I ordered orginally then failing to pay me my refund yesterday as promised as your customer service agent said had been done, and that it would reach my account immediately yesterday.

I am not sure why you would list a product that was out of stock in the first place if you clearly di not have it, you advertised on your website you had 4 in stock, then failed to deliver upon your contract of promise.

Furthermore to be then further conned into buying a smaller unit I was told by Ian to purchase for an even higher price, which was made out to be a bettee deal and as if the firm had given me some kind of better deal is a lie.

When in fact the the other offer retails at around £70 and cheaper by £25 at least by the amount you requested in total of an extra £15 on top of the already £80 I paid already is totally disgineous.

No compensation or apology was offered for such errors and lies, I would like to raise this issue with yourselves firstly, before it reaches the Ombudsman and Trading stadards on such practices.

There are some questions even around auditing declarations on companies house, are you sure you are a legitment honest firm

Placed two orders, no problems with the first. Slight issue with a damaged item in the second order, however, this was rectified promptly with a simple email. Absolutely delighted with the response and the speed at which this company responded. I will definitely shop with them again and will be recommending them to family and friends. It’s refreshing to have such excellent customer service.

Ordered shoe cabinet fir my daughters birthday but as she was moving she didnt open the boxes immediately- when she did one of the boxes’contents were quite badly damaged. I rang the number I found online which was answered immediately by a lovely man called Ian who couldn’t have been more helpful and true to his word had sorted the issue by the end of the day keeping me ip-to-date with progress via email along the way. The replacement shoe cabinet arrived two days later!! I cannot praise this fantastic service enough as sadly it is very rate these days that you get through to a real person and even when you do get through eventually you usually get someone who either cuts you off or is completely disinterested in helping! Thank you again to Ian and team for this first class service. Will be recommending your Company to all I know 👍

To be honest super customer service from the beginning. I purchased a study desk but decided to open it when I moved to my new house. Things got delayed and I could only open it approximately 6 months after receiving it. One of the pieces were faulty (scratched at the top) and I got in touch with them to ask if a replacement could be sent. I received a reply the next day, they were very fast in getting touch with the supplier and within less than a week I got the replacement piece. Very happy with my desk.

I am extremely disappointed with seller.
I bought a shoe cabinet ( I would the price I paid is very expensive for the shoe cabinet) I’ve found the same sold by various sellers but went with this one as delivery was supported to take only 5 days. It’s been nearly 3 weeks!! now and no sign of delivery. I was provided with the tracking number 6 day ago, but the courier failed to collect the item and say I should contact seller. Seller is no acting on this. So I don’t know what else to do. So the bottom line. Don’t waste you time and nerves on this seller

I came across this seller while I was browsing for a set of drawers for my daughters bedroom. . I saw one I liked, I bought it and it was delivered within two working days. Very impressive during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The drawers I bought arrived extremely well packed and it was of good sturdy quality. The instructions were easy to follow and assembly was simple (not a single swearword from husband which is very unusual for a self assembly furniture job in this house). Everything was included - no missing parts.

Communication was excellent too.
