Primalharvest Avis 

Been using this for three years and have had excellent results but managing your account and communicating with the company it at an all time low.

I used to have a username and password. They changed to a “email us and we will email you a code” claiming it is more secure. IT IS NOT MORE SECURE. IT IS A HASSLE AND LESS SECURE.

I have been waiting for a code for three days. I would have cancelled the upcoming order but I can’t log into my account. They approved my order, stole $43 and are sending me a product I did not order.

They have not responded to my emails so I have gone to PayPal and initiated a refund that way.

Until this company goes back to “username / password” this is going to happen to ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. MORE HASSLE, NO CONTROL OVER YOUR ACCOUNT, LESS SECURE, ZERO COMMUNICATION.

I think it’s time to find a comparable product that does not need to steal money a few times year causing trouble for their customers just so they can stay in business.

I purchased their product and used every day for 60 days. It did not give me better hair, nails, skin like they said, so I tried to returm this items with their 90 days return policy. They asked me several times what the issues were, I responded every time and they acted like I never responded to them, even though I could see my response to their emails! I could not get them to tell me how to return this item so I am writing to tell you. Their return policy do not exist. They will not give any details to retunt this product. So as far as I am concerned they are a bad company, because they are not honest in telling you there is no directions to return their product.

Iznenadila sam se koliko je negativnih recenzija ,ja mogu samo reči da od kada uzimam kolagen ,a to je sada vec vise od 10 mjeseci da mi je koža glatka sjajna ,bol u zglobovima se umirila .
Za sve treba vremena da se kolagen nadomjesti u tijelu ,jer ga gubimo vec u 30 godini .Zato s malo stepljenja i vidjet ce se rezultati .

I do not know where they bought my email address but they will not stop sending me unwelcomed messages. I have unsubscribed several times but they will not stop. I believe in healthy eating and living but not supporting the supplement world.

Absolutely disgusting, unethical company. I'm not sure how anyone would put something in their bodies that is made by this company. If their whole business is built on lies and deception, what do you think they are putting in their products? I would never, ever, ever put something from this company in my body. They cannot be trusted.

I made a one-time purchase, and they enrolled me in a subscription without my knowing, then charged my card without my permission or any notification. This is dishonest, unethical and illegal. They make it impossible to cancel a subscription on their website and you have to contact them via phone, email or online chat to cancel (which is so disgusting, unethical gross and dishonest). I contacted them and they said they couldn't cancel the order and refused to refund me. Just awful, dishonest people who try to steal your money. File a chargeback with your bank. It’s the only way these disgusting companies ever learn.

I have been taking Primal Harvest Collagen in a package for five months now. Thus far, I haven't seen any difference in hair growth, (hair continues to fall out in volumes) nail growth,( nails are not growing but still remain short) joint pain and stiffness, and no changes in skin as they advertise all these changes will occur. I wasn't going to order this product, however, I have been charged for more product that I was not aware they had automatically signed me up for a subscription.
They are not members of the Better Business Bureau, however the company has eleven complaints listed with them, Check it out!
This product has been a total waste of my money!! Don't order their products!!

I was shocked to see so many negative reviews of Primal Harvest. I have been taking their collagen monthly since August of 2024 with no problems. I'm certain their product is helping my knee. They have a good rating on Website Validator.

Primal, like other sites that offer OTC meds. Very slick, Please read What they write about ordering their products very close, other wise you'll end up purchasing more than you intended to, and when you try to get your money back they play a game of stalling. They word it so its real easy to get taken.

I would NEVER order anything that has a 30something model claiming to be in her 50's. Total crap!

I ordered a hair growth supplement only one time. Somehow it got posted as auto send every 2 months. It was charged again on my credit card. I emailed and called them about this. Telling them I had cancer, only on SS and said I only ordered 1 order. Why would I do repeat purchases if I had no clue how or if they worked? They apologized and said they would stop all future shipments. 3days ago another shipment for $55 was being sent to me. Again I had to return to sender. They said I needed to put order # on bag. I asked for it twice as I couldn't find it online. BEWARE as I think they just expect you to give up and keep order. After 2 attempts of cancelling this, I feel this might happen over and over. This has been going on for 6 months. Im done!!!!

they have over billed me 77 euros and then when I couldn't get a refund or any help from their customer service dept i decided to write this review so other people wouldn't make the mistake of subscribing to them. they do not remind you of upcoming shipments and they make it very hard to login to your account. the first three months it was fine but then after that i noticed many issues like no code sent, no response and just kept billing me more and more and no product either. Just don't trust they way they handle their business. So many of need this product because of severe illness so its very sad indeed they act so cold hearted and still do not have product or my money back

Total scam. They will keep charging you even if you have only done a one time order. No warning email/text before hand, no product arrived just charging me (months after the one time order). Do not order from these scammers.

Products seem to be good, although who really knows. Communication and customer service is abysmal. They send subscriptions with no warning, charge credit cards and keep bankers' hours so you can't reach them. Then their chat personnel are non-responsive.

Caveat Emptor. I could SWEAR I canceled my subscription months ago. All of a sudden, I got an email saying that "my order is on the way". WHAT? So I went into my online account and got the option to cancel. I ALREADY DID THAT. So now I'll be stuck with more expensive product that doesn't work as advertised.

I have been taking a Primal Harvest supplement for memory for a few years. I stopped it for a couple of months last year because I didn't think it was helping. I didn't realize how much it was helping until I stopped it. I had to think about how to start my car and use the washing machine. The customer service is excellent. A real person answers the phone and emails are answered promptly. I would recommend Primal Harvest to anyone looking for good quality vitamins and supplements. Susan S. from Oak Island, NC
