Subscription Trap and No Real Customer Support
Do not purchase from this company.
What appears to be a one-time order is, in reality, tied to a recurring subscription that is not clearly disclosed during checkout. I was charged again without realizing I had been enrolled.
I canceled immediately once I became aware of it, but was told the order could not be canceled or returned because it had already been processed. The response I received was a generic, templated message repeating their policy, with no effort to resolve the issue.
After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a consistent pattern - customers unknowingly enrolled in subscriptions, followed by unexpected charges and little to no meaningful customer support.
I also want to note that the company advertises a much higher Trustpilot rating on their website than what is currently shown on Trustpilot. I rely on Trustpilot when making purchasing decisions, and that representation contributed to my decision to buy. Had I reviewed the current rating directly on Trustpilot, I would have reconsidered.
When multiple people report the same experience, this stops feeling like a misunderstanding.
Based on my experience, I felt misled and would not do business with this company again.
