The item we purchased was delivered quickly to Brisbane, for the cheapest delivery fee and the piece of furniture was exactly as pictured and the best price available at the time!

Good product, average delivery experience.

I thought the lamp shade was going to…
I thought the lamp shade was going to be the right size but sadly despite everything else being advertised and was as I wanted, I got the size wrong.
The return was perfect, no fuss and a refund forth coming. It makes all the difference when you know obstacles will not be in place when you just want a refund. thanks team at Prime Furniture.

Extremely helpful customer service
Mark was so helpful in setting me up with the right rug for my office. I was unsure about the sizing, and he was extremely prompt in his replies & attentive to my request. It really made a difference to the buying process - very different from other online furniture companies I've dealt with in the past. A real family feel. I’m very happy with my rug . The delivery company was useless but prime furniture were on to it and tried to solve the problem . They kept me updated at all times .

I reported my beautiful sideboard was damaged by the delivery man. Mark replied within minutes and processed by complaint professionally with kindness and understanding without any trouble ,and reassured me replacement goods would be dispatches promptly. I was very impressed and must say it has restored by faith in internet shopping.

Good shopping experience
Ordered a beautiful throw rug. The item was shipped quickly and when I wasn't home for delivery and it was a bit stuck in transit, they were very helpful in getting it delivered to a time frame in which I'd be at home.
