Very good quality food at a reasonal price. Our dogs particularly the steamed rolls.

Recently bought two Kangaroo & Pumpkin rolls for my 3 Cocker Spaniels. I feed them meal sizes well below suggested weights. From the first meal, all 3 suffered severe diarrhea... Persevered another day, then reverted to Prime salmon and Tapioca. Two dog's GI settled next day, one continues to have GI issues.
Reported this to my local Petstock (Modbury SA) where the rolls were purchased. The operator just shrugged her shoulders, couldn't care less.
I noticed that the Kangaroo and pumpkin rolls were "Out of Stock temporarily".
Could there possibly be a Quality Recall issue?

I wasted $49 on two rolls I could not use, not to mention my dogs' discomfort.
Still have one roll unopened in the fridge for Lab testing if interested

The Customer Service team are top notch. Extremely helpful and caring during a period where I had trouble getting the product I needed for a very allergic pup who can only eat one type of protein.

Consistency within the roles is a non negotiable as a consumer

The dogs love this added to their regular diet and I know if they're feeling unwell this will keep them eating.

This is a good product and on a par with what I used to buy and just healthy. Much easier to portion and my Westies love it.

My dogs love the food, looks healthy and smells nice compared to some dog foods, delivery was quick

Air dried prime 100 kangaroo, duck etc all the tiny squares of food are full of nothing but carrots, ( to save money I suppose) I came across this as my dog vomited on this food only to see raw carrots in the vomit, ( many dogs can’t digest raw carrots well) I broke open a good amount of the squares of food only to see them full of raw tiny pieces of carrots, waste of money in my opinion, take out the carrot and maybe the food will be a lot better.

always great and easy. Got the wild boar in this order and my dog so loves it. He like all of it and came really easy.
