Ordered from the site and payment was collected but no receipt of order but payment was taking via PayPal. Trying to get my refund from PayPal. Let see how this goes.

I tried to purchase 3 refurbished at550 clear glass Kenwood chef bowls from this company’s website. It offered me the chance to pay by PayPal or by card. 2 attempts to pay by card and it would not let me go past putting in my card details. I tried PayPal and it redirected me to some bogus site with .asia on it. At the time I took no notice and then 4 days later I took a phone call from a guy making out he was from my bank saying that 3 separate attempts had been made to make transactions on my account but they had been stopped. He then said another had just been made for £1039.99 and that it had gone out into my pending. He knew everything about me, even my home address. He told me to click on the link to accept the refund as it had come off my balance and that it would be back into my account by 4.30pm. I called my bank at 4.35pm as it was still pending and was advised by the bank that they never call their customers and that the person I was talking to was the scammer. They stopped my card immediately but yesterday the money cleared out of my account. I called the police as the company who the money was going to was based from a virtual office in Manchester but had a Bristol phone number. I got a crime reference number and the bank have honoured the refund due to attempted fraud. The company primehomeelectricals.com and the company that the traction was made to sell similar products so the police said it’s a no brainer as to what was going on. I have never been so anxious in my life. Looking at the website again, you can see something isn’t right.i have a crime reference number and the police and prevent fraud team are going to dig deep into this. AVOID PURCHASING AT ALL COSTS FROM THIS WEBSITE or you could have money taken from your account. If you receive a call on a no caller ID and they claim to be from your bank, hang up, log into your bank app, move all your money, stop your card and report it to your bank and the police. I CANNOT EMPHASISE THIS ENOUGH
