Awful quality. Stole my money and didn't reply to any emails. Shambolic service and now I'm down £80.

Avoid this fake site at all costs. They robbed £90 from me and 6 months later I have received nothing. No response to any emails. SCAM.

Ordered a projector in 6 months ago and still nothing! Sent numerous emails to the company- no reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY, TOTAL SCAM!

Was so excited to buy a projector from them as it seemed like a cool idea to have in my bedroom, it's also one of the biggest purchases I made for myself.

A few weeks went by, and I was early on told that I would receive a tracking code for my order, which I never got till this day, and I the order had still not arrived.

I contacted customer service and got a reply saying my order was on its way. After waiting for a loong time, the package had not yet arrived. So, I contacted them several times but never got a reply.

Had I known that they didn't accept refunds and that they are a total scam site, I would never have bought anything from them at the first place, but that is my fault for not researching enough.

Literally got my money stolen, so do not buy from them!

Took about 2 months to arrive, in the meantime I had no tracking number and only one reply weeks after several emails. They said it was on it's way and nothing else. Terrible customer service.

Then it arrived and the projector was ok for the price, but I also bought the HDMI cable, which works only for certain things. I emailed them regarding my issue, and they did reply with a video of how to use it, however, my question was CLEARLY that certain things didn't work, I wasn't asking how to connect it. When I replied repeating my question and stating that I do know how to connect it, they have ignored the rest of my emails regarding this issue ever since.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience, but mostly the customer service, and by what I can see from reviews there tends to be a lot of issues with the products so would be handy to have good customer service....

As most people reviewing PrimeProjector - they took my money straight away, very slow delivery (nearly two months), awful customer service (clearly a copy and paste reply to all my emails which still took days to reply to me) and when it finally arrived it didn't work. Checked the website and under refunds it just says "we don't accept refunds". Well and truly scammed. Avoid this company at all costs.

Took 2 months to arrive (which I could let slide in covid times, but no tracking number was provided for most of that time and none of my emails were replied to).

Anyway, the product arrives. It's clearly not new and is covered in marks and scratches and is generally battered. To top it off the projector doesn't even work so I'm obviously quite upset with this.

I sent countless emails asking for a refund that were not replied to. 3 weeks after this a reply finally comes through saying my request had been "disapproved due a policy change", completely ignoring anything I had said and the fact the product was damaged.

Flash forward to the present- Still no reply to any emails from me asking why a damaged product doesn't qualify for a refund. Its been an absolute joke dealing with this company. PLEASE do not bother buying from them, its been an overpriced nightmare and a waste of time and money.

I would give it less then 1 if I could. I ordered in December 2020 - it is March now (2021) and still nothing. I’ve emailed numerous times, tried to track (saying it’s in USA- I live in Australia) and I can’t call as it directs me through to the Chinese postal centre. Avoid the heartache & go somewhere else.

this company is bullsh***. Bad quality and doesn’t answer my email when i want to return it( i wrote them about 5 time). Doesn’t work at all with my phone. this is the worst experience ever. Don’t command on that site

Worst quality ever and they don't refund.

It is a scam, the projector image sucks i cannot even read the menu.. when i contact the company i get no response...

I received the projector 1.5 months after ordering and it is absolute garbage. The image is NOT AT ALL as advertised and is basically projecting a group of circles on your wall. Don't waste your money on this scam.

Finally received my product after 2 months of waiting. I wrote the customer service emails in early January and received an nice answer in February, after my tracking number finally came in another email.
Its an okay product for the money. A bit pixelated picture, but if you can see past that, it is bearable to look at. The speaker isn't the best but if i connect with my computer i can use a bluetooth speaker so its fine! Overall what you can expect for the little amount of money i used.
I wished they had better communication, but i also believe they have received a lot of emails (a such as my own).

Do not buy from these people. Very quick with update emails but my order placed on 29/11/2020 has still not arrived.
I have sent 6 emails and had no response. The tracking number doesn’t exist when I look it up. I have requested that they contact me or refund me and I’ve heard nothing.
STAY AWAY from this company.

100% a scam!!! I fell for this and have contacted my bank to see if I am able to get my money back. Everything looked legit however, the product never arrived. Very quick to take your money and even send out “updates” via email about your order. Every email they sent was to say that it is held up due to “High demand.” They also do not return emails... so much for the “24-hour customer service.” You can’t get hold of anyone regarding a refund either... because well that’s face it, they’re scam artists and are not going to give you a penny back!

I’m so mad at myself! I usually check here before buying but this time I didn’t! Awful awful company. Waited over a month for it to arrive, then when it does it’s useless! Projection quality is rubbish, user guides are rubbish, tripod, well don’t even get me start on how pointless that is! Avoid, it’s a waste of money and they don’t respond to emails regarding refunds! Been waiting 3 weeks for a 24 hour response!!

Completely awful projector that barely works. The additional mini tripod does not even screw into the projector. They do not respond to emails and dispite advertising a 30-day risk free trial and easy returns on their website, there is no way to return it and get my money back. It was a Christmas present for my daughter who is extremely upset about this as I am too. DO NOT BUY FROM PRIME PROJECTOR. It’s a scam website.

So disappointed. My boyfriend bought me a projector from them for Christmas for over £80, it was about a month late and nothing like it was described on the website. He has sent them about 10 emails and had nothing back from them. Absolutely awful. They need shutting down. Complete scam

Received mine today after a long wait (ordered on 26th December).. smaller than expected but happy with it and very good quality!
