Alisha and Ruth, were both very professional and a pleasure to talk to. Using Prime Property Transfers form filling service was considerably easier than trying to do it all myself and a lot cheaper than using a conveyancing company or a solicitor.
Myself and my late partner had registered our house as "tenants in common" owning 50% each. When my partner passed away her share needed to be registered in our two children's names 25% each. Quite a complex process but Ruth made it all seem quite straightforward. Many thanks, Robin.

Prime property transfers delivered exceptional service I recently spoken with Alisha from the customer team and also spoke with Jacob when Alisha was off on holiday.
Ruth was amazing and reassured me in every step and thanks to Ruth who made sure everything was set out easy and she understand my anxiety
