PrimeVR were great from the first enquiry on the phone, to the end of their visit at our school. Matt was extremely helpful with recommendations of workshops when I wasn't sure which ones to choose and he was always very easy to contact and replied very promptly. He provided 4 different workshops throughout the day, to our 4 KS2 classes. The workshops each suited the classes own topics perfectly and the children loved their own experiences. They were able to interact with each other throughout the whole workshop and loved showing each other which directions to look for various findings. Matt was very knowledgeable about all of the topics he presented and communicated brilliantly with the children and kept them engaged. Thank you again Matt.

We booked this for Y5 children linked to our rainforest topic. The children were excited and engaged from the start. Lucia, our instructor, was great (knowledgeable and approachable for the children) and all children were so immersed in what she was delivering to them.
We will definitely book with them again :)

We arranged for each KS2 class to access Prime VR and I cannot recommend it enough. The sessions were specifically catered towards our curriculum topic focus, linked directly to our objectives, and also brought it to life for the children. The reactions of each and every child alone spoke volumes with how amazed they were by the experience – they could not stop talking about it afterwards! The cost was great value for money too and this will be something that we will look into for following years.

My class LOVED their Prime VR session. Not only were the images breath taking and engaging, but Oliver's knowledge was excellent and he was able to answer all of the children's questions. They learned so much in this captivating session!

What can I say? What a fantastic experience for the children! Stuart came into our school for four sessions with all of our KS2 pupils. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and engaging; the children loved it.

Due to COVID-19 our initial booking had to be postponed and this was easy to organise. Stuart was in contact with me throughout and helped ease this process.

Matt visited during COVID and it was a perfect and safe way for children to continue with an enhanced curriculum. We were very satisfied with the safety measures put in place to make sure our children and staff were COVID safe. The experience was easy to manage with the 3 classes. The children were blown away by the experience and the information that Matt added. Matt spoke to the children calmly and kept them engaged. They hung on his every word, following every instruction. Our school would strongly recommend the VR experience and are looking at how we can use this for future topics.

We invited Prime VR into our school to work with Year 3 and Year 4. The sessions were very well organised and all complied with the current extra safety requirements. We were very impressed with the technology and the way Stuart spoke to the children and explained how the workshop was going to proceed. Year 4 were shown different places in Africa which was an incredible experience for them and they have been talking about it ever since. The children in Year 3 were taken to several different areas around the world including Rome. The children have become very excited about Geography and it has allowed them to visit places around the world that would otherwise not be possible. This experience has given us a starting point for our Year 4 topic next term and we will refer back the workshop regularly. It was a great workshop and fantastic experience for the children.

We invited Oliver, from PrimeVR, back to our school again, today. This is the second time he has worked with us and both times have been equally as brilliant. The first occasion was pre-Covid and we completed the Viking and Mountains workshops. Today allowed us to see the Volcanoes and Polar Regions topics. Oliver is brilliant with the children, able to answer further questions (so you know he really knows his stuff, it's not just all from a script) and makes the sessions really fun! As we are, currently, unable to take the children on as many trips, this was a brilliant alternative. Oliver sent through all DBS checks, Insurance Forms and Covid Secure certificates before hand. When at school, the children had their own headset and these were cleaned between use (between each class). Overall a fantastic (and safe) day - we can not thank you enough, Oliver (and PrimeVR). Thank you!

Prime VR really injected the love of learning into our topics with their virtual reality.It was so easy to organise and Oliver could not have been more accommodating.
The company take covid-19 safety precautions so seriously and the experience was extremely safe.
The children are able to have their own headsets so they don’t share the equipment and they are cleaned between each workshop of different bubbles of children.

Both children and adults of KS2 were lucky enough to use virtual reality to be transported to different places and have their learning brought to life.
Year Three teleported all the way back to the Stone Age to revisit their history learning.

Year Four were whizzed to the rainforest as a hook to their geography learning.

Year Five travelled into space to assist with their science learning of the planets.

Year Six delved into the circulatory system to assist with their science learning of the human body.

It was a fantastic experience that brought the learning to life for everybody and it was great to hear the children so excited throughout their workshop.
Staff were particularly impressed with Oliver’s subject knowledge- he delivered all the workshops in one day and it was clear he had in depth knowledge of each topic he delivered.
The experience really inspired the children and they have produced some fantastic writing as a result.
We definitely would use Prime VR again!

The children were awestruck by their Outer Space and Polar Regions workshops with Prime VR. The Year 6 class teachers said it was wonderful to watch the children place the headsets to their eyes and, in unison, exclaim, "Penguins!"

Not only did the children have a fantastic experience, it was all done in a covid secure way. The headsets were cleaned with anti viral wipes between uses and the workshops were delivered in small groups with social distancing between the workshop leader and our adults and children.

I saw this advertised on Facebook and with the current circumstances, felt that a workshop in school would be more beneficial. This did not disappoint, to hear the kids in awe when they were wearing the headsets was fabulous and it was so interesting. I particularly enjoyed that Matt included learning points that were relevant to the topic, these reinforced learning we had done and introduced new learning as well. The kids greatly enjoyed it and can't wait to experience it again for another topic. Furthermore, Matt made us feel at ease and extra precautions were taken to ensure we all kept safe with regards to COVID.

Great experience for the children, they all loved it! We experienced the Ancient Egypt workshop with all the children getting the chance to view through the headsets, ask questions and give feedback. Well organised and the whole day went smoothly even with restrictions in place. Would recommend

Thank you Oliver for a delivering a fantastic experience for our KS2 pupils this week. They absolutely loved it with some saying, "It's the coolest thing we've ever done in school." It's such a difficult time to be able to enrich the learning for our students, but the whole workshop felt very COVID Safe and all the guidelines were followed to the letter. Thank you so much.

A really enjoyable workshop about the Stone Age with our Year 3s this week, taught by Stuart. It was an exciting introduction to our topic - children were fascinated and engaged and referred back to their experience during History lessons. As we can't go on trips at the moment, it was good to still be able to offer an experience beyond what we normally do in class. We'd be very happy to book VR again. Covid safe measures included the teacher wearing PPE, appropriate distancing and equipment being sanitised between each class. Recommended!

Oliver and the team visited out school this week and were fantastic! The children experienced life in the trenches and loved every second. The experience was delivered in bubbles, socially distanced, resources were cleaned in between thoroughly and sessions were delivered in a large open space. The risk assessment was thorough, and sent ahead of time so adjustments could be made on line with school risk assessment. A staff were extremely professional throughout- thank you for a fantastic day!

The children absolutely loved their session! It was a great alternative to a school trip, particularly with the current climate. It gave the children such a different perspective, being able to really visit the places/eras they have been learning about, being able to see it with their own eyes. Very efficient and professional with booking and conversing. Money well spent, I definitely recommend it :)

Our Prime VR Day was excellent. Communication before the visit was detailed, including clear information about the measures in place to ensure everyone's safety, which were evident throughout the day. The day ran smoothly and the children responded very positively, telling other members of staff all about what they had seen. Different classes explored the digestive system, climate change, Ancient Egypt and a First World War Trench. An excellent activity - highly recommended.
