These people are scammers. Do not buy anything from them. If you order multiple items they send them in different parcels over the cause of weeks. I returned my order 2 months ago and I am still waiting for a refund. Every time I email them they say they’ll look into it for me and then I get radio silence. Their customer service is terrible. The quality of items they sale are also terrible. All in all a terrible business. Be warned.

Avoid this company. Paid for 3 - 5 days postage, waited a week and nothing, enquired and was told delays in postage from Europe, so never had the product in stock. Cancelled order as no long needed due to delay in postage. Now being waiting 5 weeks for refund, even though Primo Sports said it’s sent! Poor communication to emails, phone calls straight to answer machine and never replied. Just not worth the risk so just avoid.

Placed an order for 2 pairs of trainers on 28th of September and was told they would be delivered in 3-5 working days. 3 weeks later was told my items had been lost and I would have a refund in 10 days. I am still waiting for that refund 2 weeks later and they are now not responding to any emails/messages.

Placed an order on 18rh Oct. Still waiting 16 days later. Sent various emails, phonecalls and Instagram messages and no replies or comunication since I placed the order.Company seems to have vanished off the face of the earth, along with my parcel it seems.

Been waiting since September for my order- still no order or any refund received, was told To wait 10 business days for refund. Still no refund or reply from company. AVOID!!!

3 weeks still no trainers asked for a refund 3 times and there ignoring my emails

Ordered a top for my son weeks ago been told its out of stock, I was told I would get a refund and over 2 weeks later stll no refund
and nobody is answering my emails!!

Ordered a 500£ watch on September 27th which was never delivered for lousy reasons. I got a notification on October 7th that they would be refund. After 18 business days still nothing. to be avoided. unprofessional

Ordered 2 pairs of tracksuit bottoms for my son
After 2 weeks they had still not arrived so I asked for a refund as they had not been dispatched!
I then received an email advising that they could not fulfill my order and that a refund was on the way
That was 3 weeks ago!!! I have contacted them a further 3 times as i am now very out of pocket and still nothing - have sent another email this morning 30/10/23!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Bunch of thieves!! Sent me the wrong size order and won’t give me a refund!!! Awful customer service and out to steal your money

Still haven’t received my order or heard anything and it’s been over two weeks. Shocking service really.

I ordered a gym set which arrived two weeks late, then to realise that only the Top had been delivered.
4 weeks later still no refund! Absolutely awful customer service and over all company…

Seems to be a pattern - returned some items via tracked delivery. Saw it was received had no communication on timeframe for refund so got in touch told me I would have it within a week which didn’t happen. Gave them 2 weeks had no communication so reached out now not replying to any communication. Now 1.5 month later and nothing. Read most recent reviews all say the same thing. Avoid at all costs.

delay in order, comminicated this via email, but then i had to contcat them via email for update. then recived an email to say
Just sending an email regarding your order, over the course of the past few weeks we have had many parcels lost which have been sent by our suppliers therefore leading to long delays and as a result of this we have some unhappy customers as they haven't received their items which they have ordered. We appreciate the patience that you have had with us and we apologise that it has taken so long for a response, In addition to this, we are unfortunately going to have to refund you for the order due to us not being able to have it sent out to you, we apologise once again for the inconveniences that have been caused and the delays that you have had to deal with. We apologise that this is the experience you have received from us and we hope that you understand.

We apologise that this has happened and will make sure that your experience with us next time will be to a higher standard.
