Doesn’t send orders out
I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for my order which stated 3-5 days for delivery. When I contacted them it hasn’t even been sent out yet.
Update: this hasn’t really been resolved. I wanted my order and ended up having to demand a refund

Terrible delivery and customer service - BEWARE
I ordered some trainers for my step son's birthday.
They still haven't arrived.
I have sent them emails about this as well as phoned them a number of times.
I tried to log into my account and that had disappeared.
Beware of this company.

They sent the incorrect shoes in the wrong size. I returned them 4 weeks ago and I am still to receive a refund. They do not answer the phone, return your calls or respond to online messages.

🤡🤡🤡 AVOID THESE JOKERS
Absolute cowboy outfit, ordered a khaki Nike jacket but the jokers sent a black one, messaged them numerous times but no reply, they have emailed me five marketing emails though…clowns. Glad I paid through PayPal. AVOID🤡🤡🤡
Update: had to go through PayPal to get my refund, I can’t remember last time I dealt with a bunch of inept cowboys who couldn’t arrange a pissup in a brewery, absolutely no acknowledgment of emails, phone number goes direct to voicemail, this company is nothing but a scam, I don’t how these clowns got so many followers on IG. If I didn’t go through PayPal I’m sure I would still be chasing my refund. avoid at all cost.
