Switched over from VistaPrint recently…

Switched over from VistaPrint recently as I was having ongoing quality issues with our business cards. We're ordering a couple thousands business cards per month.
Pricing was competitive, they seemed to care about file setup and color. The first several orders were great. Then we had an issue with a set of cards that were very off-center, but they were unwilling to budge on any sort of remake, saying it was within their tolerance. Then they raised their prices by 30% on the business card style we were using. Coupled with the bizarre shipping policies, we're left wondering if VistaPrint is the way to go unfortunately. It hasn't been terrible, but it's been a bumpy road for sure.

Great Support for Inexperienced Artist

I had worked with Primoprint years ago, and knew they would help me create new business cards. I tried a new card design, and didn’t properly save a request to review the design before printing in the notes field. The job was printed, and I didn’t like the results. Fortunately, Primoprint offered me a reprint opportunity for my cards. I worked directly with the support and quality team and was able to come up with a better solution, and am very happy with the results. This is a company built on quality and support. You will be able to produce wonderful promotional products. The process is transparent too! You can see online where your order is in the production cycle. I have the confidence I am working with a company that cares about my business, and my art.

Great Service, great looking products

I had a misprint on my first run and the staff was quick to help me, and sent out fixed product right away. My cards are fantastic and have been well received by all my potential clients who ask where I got them from.

Wrong color

I expressly requested the base color be red. I recieved " Pink" But the contact person asked for pic, Why? it is not a question of a wrong print. This was a mistake of the color. I have sent the entire box back.

Misaligned cards

Cards were delivered quickly but the front is misaligned. Seems like they could have taken their time, made them correctly and still delivered on time.

We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your cards.

Upon review, our file processing team did send the following message prior to printing:
"We have a concern with your files. There can be a shift of up to 1/16" in any direction during trimming. This means we cannot guarantee even border margins, and artwork may not be centered once trimmed."
The proofs were approved as-is and not edited before going to print.

We provide these warnings in advance to help prevent potential issues and ensure the best possible outcome.

If you'd like to open a Quality Assurance case, you can do so directly through your account dashboard. A member of our QA team would be happy to review your order and offer guidance on how to minimize trimming shift in the future.

We're always here to help if there’s an issue with your final product.

I promptly contacted your team and canceled my order on Friday, the 2nd, to rectify the problem. However, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email on the 6th stating that my order was en route, followed by the actual delivery on the 9th. I'm impressed by your company's proactive approach to resolving issues and delivering exceptional customer service, and I highly recommend your business.

Great service!
