I am a Chelsea Pensioner. I ordered 2 peonies at the RHS Chelsea Flower show in May 2026 as a present for a dear friend. Not only have they not arrived, I have been completely unable to get through to anyone at the company by any means of communication. I am now significantly out of pocket and have missed my friend's birthday. I will be visiting your stand in 2027 and make no mistake, I will be complaining loudly in front of potential customers.

Delivery communication could have been a little better from yourselves but the plants arrived and were nice and healthy looking.

I bought three peonies called Singing in the Rain, and they arrived healthy and beautiful.

I had the best experience throughout the entire process. I received excellent assistance via Instagram from a member of the team named Claire.

She helped me with my order and kept me updated every step of the way.

I will definitely buy from them again!

I didn’t put the correct delivery address on my order. Very difficult to get in touch but sent a message as prompted straight away. No response, Peonie delivered to billing address.
Sorry but wouldn’t use you again.

The product was good. I ordered it for my daughters birthday and it arrived almost a month later. No indication of this delay at order or I would have used a different company

I was told at the Chelsea Flower Show that I could get a 10% if I subscribe online. I did and received the discount voucher but this did not work. I emailed several times about this but never got a response, even after buying 8 peonies without the discount. Customer support is non existent but the peonies were delivered well.

I would never normally dream of writing a review before receiving an order but I didn't realise that you have to wait up to 28 days for your order and if you need to get hold of customers services, you have to wait up to 10 days to get a response!!! They provide no telephone number and I have no other way to get in touch. Shocking

Worst customer support I've ever experienced - actually non-existent - my two requests submitted a fortnight apart via their website contact form and later chase-up via email to their customer service email address all went unanswered, and once you do find a phone number for them it too goes unanswered.

Ordered a gift voucher- has never arrived despite having an email to say dispatched, lots of chasing emails and zero response so have had to resort to a chargeback on my card
Should have read the reviews before ordering re the non existent customer service
Ordered an actual plant from another online supplier and it arrived within three days!
Don’t waste your money or your time- go elsewhere!

RED FLAG ALERT _ AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Visited the stand at RHS Chelsea flower show 2026 - staff seemed bored - but we still bought some Peonies for delivery anyway. Flowers arrived on time - however one was broken at the base. That is when i realised the first red flag - that there is NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBER to try to resolve this issue. This seemed suspicious not to have a customer service number. Only an email is listed. I have so far written 4 emails and had no reply. I have also contacted them via social media and had one reply asking me to DM my order number - which i did a few days ago.... STILL NO REPLY .. Looking through some of the Trust pilot reviews i can see im certainly not alone - one person mentions it took 11 months to get a reply....some never got a reply and had spent hundreds of pounds.
Please be advised Primrose Hall Peonies- If i don't get a replacement or refund - be assured I shall be visiting the Primrose hall stand again in 2027 and seeing if your visitors are aware of your lack of customer service ...you win the Wooden Spoon award !

Unfortunately despite having communicated with them they STILL sent the gift to the wrong address…mine!
They also did not respond to my message.

The order was dispatched and received a few days after order. I was somewhat disappointed in the size (small) of the poenie given the cost. Some of the potting compost was in the bottom of the box and it wasn’t left as per clear instructions in log store, instead left at patio doors?

Excellent product acceptable delivery time.
