ghost onboarding experience…
I had a very poor onboarding experience due to prolonged delays. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no feedback from either Aiden or Chloe for extended periods.
The onboarding process dragged on for nearly three months, with requirements changing repeatedly instead of being confirmed upfront. I paid for a DBS check as part of the onboarding, yet progress stalled and I was left chasing for updates, often with no response — it felt like being ghosted.
Even after a referee was provided for a criminal record reference, no reference request was sent, and as of today there is still no resolution.
Overall, the process lacked coordination, transparency, and accountability. Clear communication and confirming requirements at one time would have avoided months of unnecessary delay.
