I had a very poor onboarding experience due to prolonged delays. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no feedback from either Aiden or Chloe for extended periods.

The onboarding process dragged on for nearly three months, with requirements changing repeatedly instead of being confirmed upfront. I paid for a DBS check as part of the onboarding, yet progress stalled and I was left chasing for updates, often with no response — it felt like being ghosted.

Even after a referee was provided for a criminal record reference, no reference request was sent, and as of today there is still no resolution.

Overall, the process lacked coordination, transparency, and accountability. Clear communication and confirming requirements at one time would have avoided months of unnecessary delay.

I love the fact that Principal Education was up and coming as soon as my application went through and was approved. Unlike other agencies that just leave it there and never bother calling, Principal was up to it and was eager to find me work. Many thanks to my consultant Lokesh who has been in constant communication with me and has been eager to find me work, even apologizing when he is unable to do so.
