Ho acquistato da loro una targhetta personalizzata. Ho inoltre pagato per la spedizione ups veloce. Ho scritto loro una mail per sapere entro quando arrivasse il pacco, senza avere nessuna risposta. Il pacco è arrivato dopo 4 giorni lavorativi,unica nota positiva. Una volta arrivato il pacco, il contenuto era tutto completamente graffiato e di un colore opaco. Non consiglio per niente, inaffidabili.

Poor despatch times, awful communication and despite cancelling my order through PayPal buyer protection, they sent the item and I was stung with a customs charge because they ship from Turkey... I ordered through a co.uk website?!

Ho effettuato l'acquisto il 6 gennaio, dopo 20 giorni non è arrivato nulla e nonostante ho scritto mail e chiesto info su whatsapp sono stata totalmente ignorata. Ho chiesto il rimborso a paypal Che ho ottenuto.
Per me sono inaffidabili, data la mia esperienza.

Terrible customer service that just lie to you. It took 7 weeks to arrive although on three different occasions they said it would be 3-4 days. I wouldn't have minded waiting but no need to lie about it. Then when I finally got my order, the product was half the size it was meant to be. I contacted them and they have ignored me. AVOID

Worst customer service I have ever received.
I asked for a refund due to the product taking so long. Eventually got this but they still sent the product which was extremely poor quality. This is alongside an additional plaque I did not ask for. I also got billed a £30 charge from importing from Turkey via fedex. The customer service team never responds please do not use this company

Wish I could give this company less than 1 star. ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!
This company is a fake, their T&C's are stolen from different company. They claim to be a global brand but they ship goods from Turkey what results in customers occuring £30 customs fee from the carrier. 'Customer service' promised refund of the custom charges as supposedly it's a mistake but have not received anything for almost 10 working days. I keep sending emails and keep receiving a promise of the refund but at this point I lost hope. Hopefully nobody will fall for this scam anymore.

Ho effettuato un ordine il 31/12. Leggendo le recensioni su trustpilot ho chiesto a Printedify di annullare l'ordine e rimborsarmi. Ho quindi aperto un reclamo su PayPal in quanto il sito non forniva risposta. Printedify mi contatta il 5/01 dicendo che l'ordine verrà spedito e di togliere il reclamo PayPal, senza fornire alcuna spiegazione. Ho inviato l'email a PayPal e ottenuto il rimborso. Non acquistate nulla da questo sito.

A me è arrivato tutto quello che avevo ordinato. I tempi non sono stati brevissimi ma arrivando dall'estero me lo aspettavo. Gli articoli ordinati sono arrivati in buone condizioni e sono molto carini

To be honest I think this is a fake company. Still waiting to know something about my order, it said order placed since 19th of December. They dont answer emails or IG messages.. so dissapointing.

Never order something here!!!! And they probably never give me the money back

**SCAM** Ordered from UK Website, poor quality and awful / non-existent customer service then hit with a £31 import charge letter after the item was delivered? No details on website about shipping from overseas. Letter asking for bank transfer or bank details over the phone? Stay away!

Ordered a plaque for Christmas with a song my partner loves. Offered £20 free delivery. Received the plaque. Fairly happy with it. But just received a FEDEX bill for £30 for international shipping. Not what I agreed to.

Scam! Avoid. They say there company is in the UK. It is in Turkey, it arrived 3 weeks late of poor quality and i am pursuing a refund. Also, I have just received a fedex bill for £30!!! Its meant to be free delivery and they have sent it from turkey with a bloody fed ex bill. The worst part is they will have confirmed with fed ex i am to pay for the postage!! So in total £50 for a piece of crappy plastic. Absolute con. Avoid!!!!

It took a lot longer than the 3-4 days on their website to arrive. But when it did, I was impressed. Take the protective film off the front and it's excellent HD quality. I was very disappointed with the customer service however, takes about 4 days to reply. But overall, worth the wait!

It's truly a compliment to this company to give them one star - if I could, I'd give less! This company is one big scam and they know it as well.
I'm usually pretty good about not falling into scams but printedify makes it all too easy - they love to delete the comments below their instagram posts every 6 or so hours so people are clueless. There are so many of us out there that want to warn you of the scam but they delete our comments so you send them money!
I placed an order on Nov 30 and got it Dec 17. It is VERY VERY POOR QUALITY. It is a piece of plastic with streaks and an embarrassment. They print and send these plaques from Turkey, not the UK. (Note how the 5 star reviews on here are from Turkey...) I'm so upset that these people took advantage of people who wanted to give their loved ones a thoughtful gift. I apologise if you were caught in this scam as well. Don't beat yourself up, this company (if you can call it that) is vile. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

There are nice sellers of these plaques on Etsy that have higher ratings! Check out the artists on Etsy and check their store reviews if you still want to gift a loved one something similar!

EDIT: you will also have to pay a £30 FEDEX FEE if it gets shipped to you! This company is a scam, please don't buy because it'll cost you even more! Absolutely disgusting!!

In my opinion, based on my own experience, please AVOID! Print never came, responses to emails dried up, having to go via PayPal to get money back. I would not use again.

Was gifted this plaque as a special gift. Suffice to say, this awful hunk of junk has ended our dear freindship on bad terms. Flimsy plastic and the packaging was so greasy that it slipped out of my hands and smashed on the floor. I then pricked my big toe on a shard of plastic. Would not reccomend. SCAM!

EDIT: Turns out my friend ordered an Abbey Road plaque for me and ended up recieving a Rolf Harris plaque. Hence the abrupt end to our freindship. We have now made up but we won't rest until Printedify rectify their gross error!

Do not use this company! They take your money and then .... nothing! No communication, no goods, absolute scam! Luckily I got my money back from Paypal by putting in a claim. Be warned!
