Disappointing Customer Service for a Special Occasion
I ordered the Ultimate Wedding Bundle for my daughter’s upcoming wedding and I have very mixed feelings about the experience.
On the positive side, two of the products themselves are lovely. The wafers look amazing and the little spoons included in the bundle are absolutely super cute.
Unfortunately, the printed labels arrived smudged and are totally unusable. For an "Ultimate" wedding package, you expect a high-quality finish, but these looked like a rushed job.
The real disappointment has been the aftercare. I have chased the company on numerous occasions (via their WhatsApp help system) regarding the labels. Each time, I was told that replacements had either just been sent (never turned up) or were about to be dispatched. Despite these promises, nothing has arrived.
I am running out of time and have now resorted to not being able to use the labels at all, which is a real shame for my daughter’s big day. It’s disheartening to be promised a solution multiple times only to be let down. Great products mean very little if the customer service doesn't stand behind them.

Great Product!
I ordered a pack of personalised wafers with our initials and wedding date on for our summer celebration.
The ordering process on the website was straightforward and the delivery prompt. The print on the wafers was exactly as suggested and added a unique touch to the ice cream that was severed on our wedding day. We would definitely order from them again.
