Purchased a brand new machine. Received a used machine with over 200,000 prints. Had to return with out of pocket expenses. Deceptive practices, threatening return policy, ruder interactions, non existent service. All signs pint to scam company. Be warned. Stay clear.

They take orders and never fulfill them. Total scam. Avoid!

I ordered what appeared to be a brand-new Samsung Printer. After setting it up and printing some pages there were horrible black lines going across the page. Thinking it might be a problem with the Toner cartridge that came with the unit we replaced it with a new one. Same problem occurred. Because we use these same style printers in our office we always keep supplies for them. So then I thought it might a problem with the Drum cartridge and replaced that. Sure enough that fixed the problem. However, what was interesting is that the Drum cartridge I removed from the printer was dusty and dirty. Certainly nothing that would be associated with what I believed to be a brand new printer. When I contacted PC & More about this they told me that I would have to pack up and return the entire printer and would have to wait for them to send a replacement unit. I explained to them that all I would like is for them to replace my $60 Drum cartridge or perhaps issue me a credit on my Credit Card for that amount. This would have been the quick and easy way to have resolved this situation instead of everyone paying for shipping two ways. I did email them back and asked them if they would be willing to resolve the situation this way, yet nobody bothered to give me the courtesy of a reply. I would avoid doing any business with this company, especially because they appear to be selling used or refurbished products and not disclosing it up front.

I wish I had visited Trustpilot before I ordered from these scammers. Other reviews have documented the scam: they sell high end printers at discounted prices, but don't actually have them. Then they call and attempt an upsell to another printer at much higher price.

This is not a printer or copier company. They are a fraud operation. They apparently find discarded equipment, probably from an electronics recycler, and then advertise it and ship it out as "refurbished". I fell for this trap admittedly because I am stupid and didn't read the reviews first. I got a high end printer at $1700. It arrived completely broken and unworkable, and it was obvious it was not only not "refurbished" but dirty inside and clearly broken, such as missing wheels, and a message on the panel that internal parts were timed out and needed replacing. I actually inquired locally about getting it repaired and found that the cost to repair would have been more than a new printer. The business apparently makes their money by a combination of "restocking charges", ie, making you pay a percentage of the sale to get rid of the unworking unit, or just outright refusing any refund. It took me 4 months to recover my Visa charge but it finally cleared, and I plan to follow up with complains to New Jersey goverment offices.

This is not a real business it must be an affront designed to scam consumers. I called and inquired if they had the advertised item in stock and they pretended to check and say yes. I received an old totally used and abused item with no parts to install the scanner feeder. It came from another poor vendor from another state. Their entire pool of staff is all dishonest and a party to the sham. They also posed as another name too, beware, amatteroffaxdotcom

Terrible to deal with. First printer came not working, missing parts and leaking ink. I was told that it was shipped to me in error (You think?). They wouldn't process my replacement order until damaged printer arrived back to them. Finally process replacement printer order then after 2 weeks of promises and delays, they cancelled my order without even notifying me. I lost about six weeks of production printing because of them. Do not use. They are not reliable or honest.

This company is a big scam. I placed and order more than a week ago, called them to make sure they have my order and they'll ship my products. Paid with the credit card, never heard back from them. Called several times, finally got someone on the phone, told me they don't have it. Ordered my toner already. Never gave my money back or even offered any other alternative. Please don't waste your money ordering from them. Your time a d money, they'll take both from you.

Referred by google shopping: I made a purchase of a new printer from "PC & More". a week later, they called me back telling me they don't have the item I purchase and they would send me a used item instead.

I purchased a refurbished Brother MFC 8710DW copier printer for $297. First, I was shipped the WRONG (8910DW) less expensive machine. The machine stopped working. After notifying PrintersCopiersand More (aka PC & More and A Matter of Fax ) of their defective product, they sat on their hands for I think at least a week before responding. Of course, I was without a printer/copier and greatly inconvenienced. The first return was via FedEx, who picked up at my home. HOWEVER, they DELAYED shipping a replacement, even though I provided the tracking number the afternoon FedEx picked up the defective machine. More time without a printer/copier!!

When I FINALLY received my replacement refurbished printer (they did ship the correct model), it was also defective as the printer JAMMED repeatedly! Any semblance of Quality Control would have never shipped this defective printer/copier to a customer.

When I asked for a pre-paid shipping label to return, I was given a UPS label -- which did NOT include pre-paid pick-up. (I hurt my back lifting the first return onto a table outside my front door.) My repeated requests to have them provide an account no. to pay the $11.99 pickup charge went ignored...until I was told I had 4 days left to return the product.

I had to spend 30 minutes trying to pre-pay the $11.99 charge -- that UPS' website didn't provide...so I had to waste another 12-15 minutes to call UPS and speak to someone in the Philippines to schedule the pick-up and pre-pay charges PC More/ PrintersCopiesandMore/A Matter of Fax/ should have paid. Frustration level is through the roof!!

Thus, due to all the "damage" PrintersCopiersandMore/A Matter of Fax/ PC & More have inflicted on me, I am taking the time to inform other consumers so they don't do business with any of these entities...or do so at your own risk.

Placed an order for a printer, received a e-mail the next day that they had "questions" about my order. Responded to that.

Heard nothing. Opened a help ticket a week later.
Opened another help ticket a week after the first.

18 days later I receive an e-mail that the machine is out of stock.

Looks like a bait and switch when you call and agree to an upsell the machine becomes out of stock.

Ordered $400 refurbished printer. Came in a overused home depot box. Missing parts, cracked shell, no drum or paper tray. Think they make their money on 17% of purchase price return fee. Site should be shut down.

TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH.

Ordered a printer, they pended my CC, and then call and say they don't have that model and do I want to upgrade to a better printer for a little more. The sales guy said he would call back and never did. And coincidentally, my credit card I used on this site was hacked.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a printer from this company. The printer they sent was broken. After contacting them and asking for a refund, they refused and instead they sent a replacement. This printer was also broken. I asked them for a refund and again they refused and offered to send a third replacement. I am sure it will also be broken and I intend to just throw it away if they send one. Customer service is terrible and extremely slow. Reps struggle with basic comprehension (I imagine they are outsourced overseas) and have no sense of urgency and don't listen at all.

Both printers they sent were in poor condition, scratched and dirty, packed poorly, and did not work at all.

I ordered a refurbished Ricoh printer. The paper tray and front cover would close when there was no paper or drum/toner in it, but when putting the paper and drum/toner in, the paper tray and front covers would not close. I requested a return authorization for which I was promised they would get another printer out to me ASAP, its now been two days and I'm getting the run around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I'm out $300.00 and don't have a working printer.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered Fujitsu scanner and it looks like it came out from a trashcan. It's missing the feeding tray and the power cord. When I asked them about the item, they said small cosmetic issues are normal for refurbished item. It's not small if it looks like TRASH. I just lost $32 in shipping fees PLUS 18% restocking fees Plus the shipping fees returning the scanner. SCAM. STAY AWAY!

Horrible company and customer service. NEVER EVER buy from this company. I purchased an expensive $820 refurbished laser printer which came damaged. Took me 1.5 years of back and forth emails to get a reply. Then they tried to say it was past warranty date even though I'd started the process when it was under warranty. I had to pay a tech to come in to try to repair it, spent money on new cartridges to see if that was the issue, and when I finally get a replacement printer shipped (which we had to take up to our third floor because they left it on a back parking lot), then they have the nerve to tell me to spend time and pay my tech to take apart the "working parks", package them, and ship them back at my cost! They wouldn't even cover the shipping for their faulty equipment. Will NEVER EVER work with this company. Buyer beware!

Terrible!!! Same issue BUT they booked a flight to Seoul on our Amex Card, over $2000.

I did received a scanner with no cords but luckily I had the same scanner already in the office. The scanner works but if these people are stealing OUR information, who is to say that these scanners are not bugged in some manner. I am scared to scan my clients information with it.
