Never received our item. Battled back and forth they sent some bogus tracking number which never advanced. Worst company I ever dealt with ever!! They should be banned from selling products so more people won't have this awful service.
Ordered an item around Thanksgiving. It shows shipped but it has only moved one time.
No one will answer any questions when I email. And I have sent several. It was my fault not checking into it coming from China. Who knows how much of an import fee I would have had to add anyway. Lesson learned.
Kept sending me a tracking with a third party company, not an actual tracking number, package never showed and they kept sending me the same generic response and when I called them out for scamming me and telling them I wanted a refund they stopped responding to my emails and then the third party tracking site stopped tracking my package same day. They are absolutely a scam!! I have no package and will be requesting a refund from my credit card company
I love this company. Their product is solid & they process orders really fast. The packaging was perfect for a puzzle so you won’t need to worry about the item being hurt by bad weather.
I’m going to order from you again in the future

Awesome area rug. It’s exactly what I was looking for. It was a gift to my husband for his man cave. He loves it. Nice size, great quality.
Do not order with this company! It took us a month to receive our order, and did not come within the timeframe they told us. When we finally received the product, it was not as described. We battled back and forth for over a month to get a refund. They finally agreed we did not receive what we should have, and they would refund the product. I have been waiting 6 weeks for our refund. Back to contacting them frequently, and they tell me it is an issue with their payment gateway. They have not resolved this. I would never use this company or recommend them. They are not trustworthy! (It has been 3.5 months since we placed this order.)
This is my first experience with Printitze. I personally did not have any problems with the order. I was updated through email. I love the fact that I could track my order after my item was shipped. The product was as described online and it seems to be of good quality.
