Great at communicating with customer when I had to phone. I made a mistake on the order,they were very helpful in sorting it out. Offered to re do the top,but would obviously have to pay the extra, my mistake. But very very helpful.
Also good quality when it arrived on time.

Clothes arrived looking as good as the website image!

Still waiting on refund
I ordered two items of clothing but due to a change of circumstances asked if I could return them. I was given an address to return them to at my own expense. They were delivered to the address on 11th Feb. Since then I have not had confirmation of my return, no refund and no response to emails. I have managed to speak to someone via whatsapp this morning (24/02) who states they will look into it.

I contacted this company early november who assured me fast delivery, well I still haven't received my items. apparently they have been delivered but i havent received my items and no resolution from the seller apparently from its not their problem.
Customer service is non existing, spend your money elsewhere as you won't receive your items from here

Hi Jessica,
We are disappointed that your review is not an accurate reflection of what happened.
Your parcel was delivered to your address handed to a person visible on the proof of delivery with verified photo evidence taken INSIDE your doorway, confirmed by DPD after a full investigation. We sent you all of this information including the drivers statement confirming delivery to you personally. The house on the photo is your house as the door number is clear and Google maps confirms the house door colour frame etc. The GPS tracking on the POD points to your house
We will not issue a refund for over £100 of items that has been proven delivered. No business can override verified courier evidence, and it is not acceptable to state publicly that you “haven’t received anything” when the proof shows otherwise.
If someone else at your property took the parcel, or it went missing after it entered your home, that is a matter that must be handled locally.
We’re happy to re-send the DPD investigation results, but we will not be held responsible for a parcel that the courier has confirmed was delivered to you.
Awful women sizing
Whilst the quality of the top seems good the sizing is awful. The woman’s top I ordered is not relatable to generic women’s sizing so beware.
