This even impressed a 15-year-old on his birthday
From the moment I saw this I knew I had to get one for my grandson. As our family lives and breathes baseball, he is our pride and joy. As a freshman, he was made the starting centerfielder for his high school varsity team. He made All-District teams for baseball and scholar-athlete. This was to be one of his birthday presents and when he saw it with his name and number he and I hugged and shared some tears.

I was very satisfied with the canvas that we ordered from Print10…a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but I think they may have been false and from competitors…our grandson loved it and so did we!!!

Do not buy from prints 10. All made in China by a Chinese thief. Never received my order . They claim they delivered 26 days later! Door video shows nothing! Now they want video of nothing ? Stupid

According to the carrier’s tracking, your package has been delivered. We have previously emailed you the 4 delivery confirmation photos provided by the carrier.
We understand that you have not received the package. To assist you further, we have reached out multiple times to confirm if the photos match your house. However, to proceed with a claim against the carrier for the missing package, we are required to provide proof that the delivery was not actually made to your door.
Could you please check your doorbell camera or security system? If you can send us a video showing that the carrier did not arrive, we will be able to file the claim on your behalf immediately.

This thing is a joke , the letters are definitely printed and stuck to the hand, the hand has 4 fingers so two names are on the same finger , it’s not a plaque it’s a thin piece of cardboard that’s sits on another thin piece of cardboard.. will not purchase again wish I could get a refund , waste of money very disappointed..

My original picture did NOT have a dripping on the nose and also very blurry picture . The preview they give you does not allow you to enlarge the picture to see details but the picture with the drips from nose was awful. They should check their work before delivery I paid over 80.00 for a nose dripping pic to you think i am going to hand this. They don't want to accept my return.

The so - called “drip” near the nose is actually the nose connecting with the other person’s hair. Since the original photo has a low resolution of only 59.6KB, when we enlarge it to a 24*16 inch canvas, it won’t look sharp enough, which makes it seem like there’s something near the nose visually. We made the product exactly as per the design preview, so this has nothing to do with our product quality. During our negotiation, we asked the customer to provide a high - res photo of the received item, but we never got one. I want to say that if the customer isn’t satisfied with the visual effect of the received product, they can provide another high - res photo, and we’ll offer a discount to remake it.

The actual item is nothing like what is advertised. It is a small plexiglass picture of a baseball mitt and glove with the name inside it but it’s a plexus. It is not an actual brass or goldish glove with the ball inside it is false advertising and I will never purchase from them again.

The product is designed to present a golden-brass aesthetic, but we clearly state the actual material specifications in a prominent section on the product page. It is made of plexiglass, not solid brass or gold-plated metal.
Unclear shipping timelines and refused a partial refund
I placed an order (Order #89004) with PRINTS10 on May 15th for two items, one of which I explicitly needed by May 30th. The package did not arrive until June 2nd. The company did not clearly communicate or express how long production and transit would actually take at checkout; if they had, I never would have ordered. Because the item arrived late and missed the date I needed it for, I contacted customer service to request a partial refund for just that single item. They completely refused to help. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency regarding delivery times and their rigid customer service. On top of that the quality of the products were just okay and definitely not worth the amount of money they charged for them. I don not recommend you buy from PRINTS10!

We first received your email on May 27th regarding your time-sensitive request. Once we were made aware of your deadline, our team reached out to the carrier multiple times to expedite the delivery. However, your order was actually delivered within the timeframe stated in our shop’s policies. Our terms clearly outline that custom items require a certain production period before shipping.
Had we known about your specific deadline prior to your purchase, we absolutely would have provided a clear timeline and arranged for expedited processing for you. Because the order was delivered within our stated policy window, we are unable to issue a partial refund.

Regarding order #72205, we emailed you on May 14th offering a free replacement. We’re just waiting for you to confirm the changes you requested (names and framing) so we can send it. We sent several follow-ups but haven’t heard back.
We are not asking you to fix the item yourself. We are ready to send a brand new replacement as soon as you confirm the details. Please check your email (including spam) so we can fix this right away.
Scam terrible product wysinwyg..what you see is not..
Scam. I sent a photo and they did a proof. The received product was nothing like the proof. Most of the dogs head was cropped...the color was terrible. Has to be a Chinese company because based on the reviews...no response. I'm sure if I want a credit I'll have to return it postage paid to China. Happened before

My experience with Prints10 a company…
My experience with Prints10 a company in Edison N.J. was not a good one. I had a portrait made that had a misspelling and was not notified about the misspelling. The company said they were not responsible for the misspelling..,though they have no desire to proof read the text. When I asked for an explanation , they told me to buy another print with a minimal discount. This company should be avoided at all costs
