Thanks, great service and price and design overall.
Just receiving the product as it had dissapeared with no confirmation of delivery as the delivery address was printed up and typed wrong and I didn’t receive it til much later and the product was damaged in transit, I thought the corners of the sign might have been edge protected.
Apart from that great.

Staff Assistance and Professionalism
From Mary then Rose helping us, they were very helpful and excellent customer service from Rose. We are very happy with the outcome. A few cminor changes thrown at the Graphic person - all handled professionally also.

The print work was excellent
The print work was excellent. Rose was very helpful. I was very happy that i was sent proofs before printing. I will continue to use Print Storm for all my printing needs

can do better
Whilst the end product was good, it took allot of follow up and format changes that I would expect the design team would flag. Products did not arrive as promised by the delivery date given by Print Storm, leaving me having to explain to senior management why I did not deliver as I had passed on the information given. Disappointed

Had to urgently print some funeral booklets. Print Storm came to the party and all the staff were so helpful. Thank you for making this seamless at a difficult time.

Wonderful service
It was not a standard item to bind, but staff worked out how to make it happen, and I never felt like it was too much trouble - they seemed to enjoy the challenge!
