Excellent service
Excellent service. Communication was faultless, very quick and clear responses. Quick turn around from order to previews and delivery. Only downside was that 2 of the 6 items had what I can only describe as engraved splodges.

Quick turnaround, excellent quality
Good selection of products, support with product selection, excellent quality of engraving for a design with some fine detail which I thought might be a bit fiddly, very quick turnaround and arrived well packaged.
