Price and free shipping were great
Price and free shipping were greater than other companies. Delay in FedEx was not good, but not Priority's fault. FedEx screwed up the delivery and I got 3 tires and took 4 days to receive the 4 the tire after they located it.

Great product, customer service can be improved
Great product. Very difficult to speak with customer service - it took 2 days to ship and I couldn't speak with anyone about it. i ended up ordering the same product from another supplier given lack of clarity on logistics. Now I have a reserve one but I would have bought my reserve one from Priority tire instead.

FedEx left tires in Charlotte for two…
FedEx left tires in Charlotte for two days for unknown reason. I believe UPS is a much better option. Priority tire opened a ticket with FedEx and tires started moving to destination.

False Shipping Status and Poor Customer Service
I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I placed an order based on a promised delivery window, but the item was never actually shipped within that timeframe.
Although they marked the order as “shipped,” the reality is that the package never left their warehouse. A shipping label was created, but the carrier (UPS) never received or picked up the item. Anyone familiar with shipping knows that once UPS has the package, the tracking updates accordingly — which never happened in this case.
Despite this, customer service insisted the order had already shipped and refused to cancel it. Instead of acknowledging the delay or taking responsibility, they pushed me toward their return policy, which creates unnecessary inconvenience for something that could have been resolved before the item even left their facility.
This experience felt misleading and poorly handled. Marking an order as “shipped” when it hasn’t actually been handed off to the carrier is not acceptable, especially when customers are relying on accurate delivery timelines.
I would not recommend this company based on this experience.

With all due respect, as we cannot identify an order related to this name, we can only comment in general when we say that your frustration is misplaced and inaccurate based on the provided description.
Namely, your comment about the shipping process does not apply to us as a large-scale retailer; regular shipping procedures that you may be familiar from your day to day life do not apply the same way to an entity such as ourselves.
To specify further, we provide tires to FedEx and UPS in bulk via trailers that contain hundreds upon hundreds of tires - and the packages are only scanned when and if they are successfully unloaded and sorted at the facility.
As such, when we tell you or any other customer that a package has shipped, we're telling the truth. We have no incentive to avoid cancelling orders or otherwise impeding our customers, and would only ever want to help our customers.
Obviously we apologize if anything was confusing or unclear, as well as if we failed at a cancellation request that was sent at a timely manner - we do try to react to all of them ASAP - but we do maintain that if we report an order as shipped, it did really leave our warehouse, thus meaning we can no longer stop the shipment and cancel the order until and unless the item is returned.
