Received exactly what I ordered. Great deal. Amazing turnaround time. Ordered on Friday, got tires the following Monday. I'll definitely order from them again.
Fast shipping, I was kept informed and tires were received in good condition. Haven't mounted them yet as my rims haven't arrived yet. I would not hesitate to purchase from priority tire again.

Bad delivery
I the website was easy to navigate and everything was good until the delivery guy left 8 new tires in my yard. NOT ON THE PORCH WHERE IT WOULD HAVE MADE PERFECT SENSE

Ultimately all delivery personnel can deliver the tires however they find appropriate, though naturally we'd expect them to follow standard procedure and ensure safe deliveries of all tires. Original order was lost and a re order was issued. Other than the delay it was remedied after a phone call to Priority. Received my order within a few days afterward. Staff was professional and corrected the order immediately. Will continue to purchase from Priority as needed.

Pricing & Shipping Great, Customer Service Not So Much
I debated whether this was a 3- or 4- star experience. Shopping experience itself was great. It was easy to find a variety of tires for my vehicle, and select one at a price point i wanted. Checkout was easy, and despite ordering on a Sunday, I received two tires on Tuesday and two on Wednesday via FEDEX. So what's the problem, you ask? Well, I didn't request direct shipping, I requested shipping via "mobile installation team". While the order confirmation showed a local installation service, the charge to my credit card did not reflect that, only the price of the tires. As soon as I saw the first "we're processing your order" that didn't show the mobile installation (Monday morning), I sent a follow-up via their website. That afternoon, having received no response, I reached out via email. At this point, it was probably too late, but I tried to call Tuesday morning, only to be put on hold with a 1 hour wait time. It's now Saturday, and I've heard nothing. So I have my tires, at a good price, but NOT the service I thought I had ordered.
And I'll pre-empt the company's probable response: yes, I understand that you're receiving a high volume of calls / emails, and you're working to fix the issue. The problem is that since I've been seeing that apology on reviews about 18 months old as of this writing, so it doesn't seem like actually solving the problem is getting the attention it deserves. That's what drops them from 4 stars to 3.

To address the communication issue, there's no two ways about it, all calls and emails should be responded to ASAP, so we do apologize for our failing there. Clearly it is still an issue that happens from time to time, but we can genuinely advise that we're working on an adequate, long-term solution.
Regarding the installation, however, we do have to argue that "Mobile Installer" with a clear "We Come to You" label does clearly communicate that you're shipping to your home (or other address of choice), at which point we'll organize the actual appointment that will have said installer visit your address for an on-site installation. This is in contrast to the regular "Installer" option where you ship to their address! Furthermore, we do not imply in any way that the installation fee is included or paid to us, and do in fact highlight otherwise.
With that said, we do want to point out that the installation wasn't even organized at the time you contacted us and the installer - you were still on the "to do" list, with plenty of time left between then and your originally selected appointment.
We do apologize on our and the installer's behalf if anything about this was confusing in any way.

The tires had tape wrapped around them which made it impossible for me to set the bead. I had to take them to a local garage to get them to set.

We can advise that all of our bundled tires are sent out with protective ties to ensure that they are successfully delivered together - and tires, especially Bias tires, are extremely sturdy and rugged, meaning that these ties shouldn't damage or malform the tires at all. We send out thousands of tires with this exact same way every single day, so there really shouldn't be any issues with installing - we do apologize if there was anything wrong with how your specific tires arrived, and assure you that we'll investigate to ensure smoother deliveries going forward!
