Terrible service
Terrible. They never called back when they said they would with a prescription for me and there are hidden charges! The website charges are not transparent.

All I wanted was a vaccination. Straightforward, courteous and professional. Choice of appointment, in with the doctor two hours after my call and whole process, including travel time, took 24 minutes. Worth every penny.

They were absolutely fantastic
They were absolutely fantastic! The fact that they open on a Saturday is a huge help, the price was good. We went with 2 children who were nervous about having an injection, the dr really put them at ease, he was so relaxed, professional, personable and totally under stood what would calm the kids, it was a relaxed, calm and comfortable experience and we would not go anywhere else in the future

They were responsive
They were responsive, courteous and ultimately very helpful. There was a bit of a wait initially on the phone to reach someone, but nothing compared to the hold times in the US. The doctor was punctual, helpful and very professional. The cost was reasonable. I was experiencing considerable stress around the need to obtain a specific prescription and they made the process smooth. I would recommend them to travelers from abroad who find themselves in need of non emergent, yet necessary medical care.

appointment in Birmingham clinic and the whole process was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Booking was easy and friendly. The clinician was helpful and informative.
However in the middle of my appointment there was a knock on the door and the male receptionist opened it just as I was being injected!

Doctor is a no show
Had to drive 35 mins yo make this appointment. I received a text while I was driving at 9:35 (appointment was 10am) yo say my appointment was cancelled due to no doctors. I can’t believe how unprofessional this is. I paid to park my car also 😡
