We have been with Springhill for nearly 20 years and they always provide excellent care and advice for our water system. Highly recommended company.
This company goes above and beyond. They can always be relied upon even after working with them for 26 years , they never let me down.
We had no water for nearly 7 days.. Springhill and their staff went above and beyond during this period to get to the bottom of the problem. A very big thank you to Ryan and Mathew especially. They... Voir plus

Immediate Help with drought flow issues
Had a problem with the pump continually cutting out by emptying the outside collection tank, before the steam could refill it because of slow flow rate.
Engineer turned out a sorted the problem by adjusting the pump rate so it didn't over run the tank.
Excellent service with an unusual problem caused by the lack of rain.

Excellent company and service!!! Highly recommended!!!!
I had a very good experience with Springhill Water services. My water testing wasn't straight forward but that wasn't a problem. I have managed to book my test and get all the answers via live chat! and guess what? I was actually speaking to a human! Alex was very helpful and efficient. Test results came relatively fast, 6 days. Also, in my opinion the price is very good and the company is based in UK, West Yorkshire, rather then Europe. You can ring them, email them or live chat, which was very important for me as I had additional question and had to add Lead to my test. By the way I was testing the water from our privet supply/borehole. I will definitely use this company again. Well impressed!!!
