Brilliant Customer Service
We ordered these draws as part of our handmade oak kitchen, as they were a more cost effective than our carpenter making them. When the draws arrived there was an issue with the draws. However the team at Pro Box handled our concern quickly and professionally, resolving the problem for us within a matter of days. We are very impressed by both the quality of the draws and the brilliant service we received.

Beautiful craftsmsnship and what I asked for was absolutely correct and beautifully executed. Selection of timber and graining and colour was wonderful. I will be returning for more items. I am so glad to have found this company.

They sent my order wo the wrong…
They sent my order wo the wrong address, and them made me wait a whole week for a courier to pick up and bring it to me, to top it all off, the courier goes and loses the blooming parcel!
