DAMN THIS COMPANY, I WISH GOD WILL PUNISH THE WHOLE KIND OF ITS DIRECTOR Collins Isaiah. The whole his team was trained to professionally deceive customers. I was sold a deal for £5000 which after my due diligence appeared to be a scam. Collins Isaiah refused to refund the money within 14 days cooling off period.

I was talked into paying a fee of over 4k for a deals that were polished through brochure and bogus ROI/ROCE. Suddenly, was told the company has gone into administration and no one can be reached.

All this team including director Isaiah Collins Elijah is a bunch of fraudsters.

Isaiah Collins Elijah, the so-called owner of Procured Property Ltd is a SCAMMER. He chased me for more than a year and promising all sort of property deals. Don't do business with them. He has a team of gangster racketeers based in London. They are a team of SCAMMERS and FRAUDSTERS. I am a victim of their fraudulent business activities.

I will continue to post his name and fake business in all review sites.

Bunch of thieves, send you really crappy deals which any experienced investor wouldn't touch with a barge pole and then won't refund deposit even though they have given it in writing they will refund the deposit. If you are new to property stay away, if you experienced then wait for the laughter when they show you deals which are advertised everywhere and not BMV or excellent yields, don't be fooled by the enticing examples they show, nothing like that ever appears on the mailing list they send out.
