It’s a SCAM. Stay far away. Nothing like other companies selling electronics. I was lucky that I was able to cancel. The “good reviews” are all fake to draw you in. I did some digging. Plus, when I called in about my order, this guy was very snippy with me. That gave off red flags immediately. Contrary to the feedback left for ProFlix. I would rather go to a reputable company and pay through the nose that gives receipts when you purchase items, than from a scam like this one. This is a fraudulent seller. BEWARE.

I have been a photographer since the late seventies. I recently (i.e. retired) looked at almost 50 years of equipment accrual. I decided that working indoors was going to be necessary change. So I made the jump from strobes to constant lighting. Every step of the way from buying a Hive 575C to a Hive 50C and even the minutia of an umbrella yoke and transport cover the support was the best ever received. I highly recommend this company as they know their business and will not try to sell you something that you might not need. Questions about where I want to go in the future 1-2 years down the road, they took the time to explain the various avenues while letting me decide what will work within my budget. A great example is, I want to do cinematography at some future date. Rather than sell me a $5000 camera as a base it was recommended to buy a shoulder rig for my current mirrorless camera and get good with it. And no they did not sell the shoulder rig for my Nikon. I cannot say enough but they have a customer for as I can do it.

I had a very good experience about purchasing x1 set of Reckeen 3D Studio 4K for my client. The quick as well as the professional response about all my questions, the shipment is on time and with the great and keenly help to speed up my delivery to my client during the Christmas Holidays.

I was late about half a year to write my experience for my 1st purchase from ProFlixsales.com because of my family member's surgery and the situation about depression of myself.

It took me a little while to hook up the vkey-200 control surface. But after a cable change (switch into: 9-pin RS-232 to USB-A cable; it's been recognized into COM3 by Windows 11, not COM1) it works pretty nice.

They responded immediately, and the treatment was very good.

Don't let the name fool you. They were the only online reseller selling the name-brand gear I needed at a reduced price. It almost seemed too good to be true, but after doing some online sleuthing and finding great reviews, I felt comfortable enough to try them. When I called, they answered the phone in person and provided exceptional service, getting my gear shipped to the Arctic the same day!
