My Customer Service experience has been excellent. Shout out to Phil. Helped me out with my EV Chargers. Helped with the app. Helped with additional cards. All good so far. Thank you.
Poor Aftercare service warranty. Not returning calls
MR. & MRS. JACKSON, of Oldham :Having major issues trying to get our faulty infrared pannels replaced, stil under warranty. The system was installed July 2023 we have had some units replaced during 2024 but now we need 7 heaters replaced. Aftersales have stopped talking to me and not responding to phone messages or emails. Not happy at all with this company now, at first they seemed very good. Their phone number and staff keep changing, no one seems want to know, passing the buck etc. Just sticking to the facts. Have spent a fortune on Project Curv, seemed to a good idea at the time, but the infrared panels are very problematic Be warned from buying from Project Curv!
Our experience with Project Curv has been excessively poor
Our experience with Project Curv has been extremely disappointing, both in terms of product reliability and customer care.
One of the infra-red heaters that had already been installed was faulty, yet we had to pay a £180 call-out fee despite it being under warranty due to us refusing to remove it ourselves to return to Project Curv. Another heater arrived without brackets, and the thermostat has never connected to the iPhone app as advertised.
To make matters worse, the installer recommended by Project Curv — Aurora Electrical Services Ltd (AES) - stopped responding to all queries and complaints once they had been paid. As a result, we have been left to chase missing parts and deal with unresolved issues ourselves. Project Curv’s “support” amounted to asking us to provide the receipt for the thermostat (purchased by AES, who refuse to reply to us) and to source the missing heater brackets ourselves, even though the product was still under warranty.
In total, we spent around £15,000 on Project Curv products and installation by AES, and yet we still do not have a fully functioning infra-red heating system. Our lounge currently has no heating at all because the thermostat no longer connects with the under-floor infra-red system.
We have sent numerous emails and made countless calls to Project Curv during what has already been an extremely stressful time in our lives, only to be met with indifference and no meaningful support.
Overall, both the quality of the products and the level of customer care have been unacceptable, and we would strongly caution others before purchasing from Project Curv.

I don't normally write reviews such as this and there has been a lengthy delay since contacting Curv due to personal circumstances. It would have been easy to let the opportunity pass by and not write a review. However, the support provided by Lessi justly deserves recognition. Sadly it has taken me into my 70's to experience customer support at the level provided by Lessi. This is not just any customer support, it is Lessi Curv customer support. So patient, so understanding and so committed to solving all of your issues. Refreshingly, Lessi actually does what she says she is going to do, without fail. I was totally blown away by her unfailing commitment to get the job done to customer satisfaction. Thank you for solving my problems even those I didn't know I had. Lessi, you are truly a credit to your employer. If only all customer support was as good as this, talking to a really helpful person with no bots or webchats to be seen. This is customer support at the highest level. Thank you Lessi.

Alessandra Conti was amazing
Alessandra Conti Was absolutely amazing. The lens on my doorbell camera broke and I asked about a replacement unit. Alessandra took control of the request and ordered me a new unit. The unit was delivered in a couple of days and Alessandra managed the delivery right through to the end. I have never experienced such attentive and excellent service as I did with Alessandra and really think that the company should recognise her with an employee of the month award or something. Truly amazing.

I would like to pass on my experience with CURV customer service department. I was assisted in getting my alarm system back up and running by a very patient and understanding lady by the name of Allessandra. To say she was helpful is a MASSIVE understatement, she took the time to guide me through the process and and make sure that everything was ok, she is a credit to your company.
If only other companies had the same customer focus ,the world would be a much better place.

Outstanding product support & service
Outstanding product support and customer service. It's often not about whether there was a problem, but how a supplier performs when the problem occurs. I had trouble connecting my Cürv thermostat to my internet but Lessi arranged to replace the hardware and then followed up several times to make sure I had the support I needed, checked that it was all working well and then followed up again a week later to make sure it's all settled down. Outstanding service and I'd have no qualms buying a Cürv product again.

Second to none
I had a small problem with the external siren on my Curve alarm system, the response and service that I have received had been second to none.
The spare part was received within 24 hours at no cost. Lessi was so helpful many many companies could learn a lot about customer service from her.
I will definitely use them in the future.

Lessi brilliant as always
Had a problem linking up a new internet provider with my exsisting Curv system.
Lessi was brilliant as usual (enormous help with original installation) ended up with the gateway not responding.
Lessi quickly arranged replacement and some very welcome technical support, with the offer to talk me though the re-install when the parts arrived, she is so patient and nothing is too much trouble.
The install sailed through with no issues, but still Lessi contacted me to ensure all was ok
