I received the wrong lamp for my projector. I sent in the correct item number but it appears to have been changed and the lamp doesn’t fit my projector at all. Chris and Taylor are amazing. They were able to refund me for the wrong lamp and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Thank you again for awesome customer service

I ordered an electric retractable screen online. Whey the one I ordered was not available they called me to let me know and they found a better screen for the same price that was available immediately. Once it arrived I installed it and it looks great.
