Had a ful installation of panels yesterday, the whole team introduced themselves, were very curteous and professional throughout. Following installation they removed the rubbish and ensured the area was clean, I would definately recommend Project Solar

Great engineer, extremely helpful, polite, and punctual. Phone me the day before and stated exactly when he would come and turned up on the dot. Also extremely knowledgeable and gave the system a once over. Thank you Rickie.

George christou was excellent throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and made the solar system easy to understand. He was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all our questions without pressure. George christou took the time to explain how the system would benefit our home and helped us choose the best option for our needs. His customer service was outstanding, and we felt confident in our decision thanks to his guidance. Highly recommend George christou for anyone considering solar for their home.

Company acted professionally and responded well to my qustions. The installation went according to expectations and programme. The contractors were polite and helpful although the bird netting was not done well so I have asked for a return visit to sort out the gaps.
I feel that the survey was slightly rushed and consequently I am disappointed so far with the yield of the solar panels.

Professional and very informative. They don’t try to just sell you anything. They look at the circumstances of what you need and act appropriately. Very trustworthy to deal with and helpful

From start to finish the process so far has been easy. From quote to order to installation. Installation team arrived from 9am. The panels were on the roof by 1pm and the electricians finished around 4pm. The team tidied up after themselves and kept the work areas clear. They answered all my questions at the time. So far so good.

The guys who installed the system where polite and professional.
Unfortunately delays happened due to incorrect parts provided following survey which ultimately delayed installation.
Also we payed extra to utilise Octopus Flux Tariff but being delayed again as battery supplied is not recognised on the application process. Perhaps this could have been arranged for us.

Solar panels were installed 2 years ago and extra panels added yesterday.. each time the company were well organised, very informative, and an efficient service was given. Their contractors were polite, efficient and hardworking.. They were very knowledgeable and answered many questions.. Thoroughly recommend to anyone considering purchasing solar panels.

This is a tough review to leave. Project Solar's sales team and equipment are 5 star+. My equipment has been running now for around 2 months and I could not be happier.
The installation was a different matter though. The roofers and scaffolders were amazing, but the firm used for the installation were awful - 1 star. The first electrician was beyond useless and the system never worked at all after he left (3 days!). His boss visited twice and still the system did not work properly. Finally, after complaining bitterly, they sent out a new guy, who within 2 hours had it working brilliantly. It seems it very much depends on who you get installing this excellent equipment.

Our experience with Project solar was good from start to finish with all trades, Scaffolders, Roofers and Electricians providing a professional curtious service.

They're a pretty good company with nice equipment. However, they do a hard sell to get five star reviews from customers .
Also the app isn't the greatest and my app has got the wrong time on and no one seems to be able to help to change that.
They're also slow to send the right documents to allow the electricity supplier to change tariffs. This should have been given to me upon payment, I'm still waiting, sending electric to the grid and getting no payment for it.
I would recommend them, but there's room for improvement.

From consultation to installation, the entire process has been a pleasure. Brian was fantastic during the initial stages, very well informed and helpful. The office team also did a great job of keeping me updated on the logistics, like the scaffolding schedule.

The installation itself was top class. The engineers were highly experienced and worked efficiently, even consulting me on my preferred wiring placement. A special thanks to Steve, Ben, Will, Charlie, and Brad for making the day so easy. Brad, in particular, stayed behind to walk me through the app and ensure I was comfortable with how the system worked before he left. I highly recommend both the product and the service!

Really good communication all the way through the process, scaffolding up no issues and the team onsite fitting the panels were a great bunch of lads thanks Dale
