I think the most important thing to mention is the excellent customer care. Sadia really takes the time to make you feel comfortable, and she definitely goes above and beyond with her services. She even helped me file a report with the bus services when I had lost my phone before one of my appointments! I couldn't have wished for a better clinician.

As for the laser, it really does work. My hair used to be really thick and coarse, but after a single session it had already started thinning out and growing back much slower. Follow the aftercare as much as possible and you will have no issues. I cannot recommend it enough <3

I was referred by a friend earlier this year after doing several sessions at laser clinics uk to no avail.

After only ONE session at Pro Laser, I felt the difference entirely. Sadia kept me informed through the whole process and was completely transparent about the settings and how they can affect the skin, what works best on who and most importantly what worked best for me.

Her expertise and knowledge was extremely reassuring, and paired with her kindness and striving to make clients comfortable, I don’t think I would ever want to see anyone else for laser again. I can’t recommend her enough.

I was recommended by another who had amazing results with prolaser and now I’ve seen great results on myself. As someone with PCOS I wanted to target the hirsutism as I would feel so self conscious and have to shave everyday before I left the house. I look forward to not having to do that anymore. I’ve seen results after the 1st session. Though it does hurt the pain reduces in further sessions. But having Sadia take care of me makes the experience more pleasant.

Sadia has helped me find my lost confidence and love my body again. I suffered from extreme scarring due to bad ingrown hair at the lower parts of my body. Being a woman that is something that always made me self-conscious. I am three sessions in and I cannot reccomend the business enough. The results are amazing and my skin is finally back to its old glory!!! It's always easy to get booked in, I have never had to wait or get rescheduled. The clinic is not bougie and may not seem much as it's located inside a business park. Usually clinics are expected to be huge or located in expensive parts of the city etc. However, I wish I had bumpted into them before I attended another clinic in Manchester. Sadia's prices are the fairest around the city currently. Professionalism, politeness and caring about her work. This business is what MCR needed! I cannot express my gratitude enough. I was very skeptical regarding laser and wasn’t believing sadia at first. However shes so amazing and understanding does her job so well couldn’t be happier. My results are insane! After only 2 sessions! I didnt think laser was as effective as she mentioned in the consultation but the results speak for themselves. I'm 2 sessions in to a 6 session package and already seeing a huge difference already!! Sadia is professional and very well informed on hair removal for all skin tones and hair types. The consultation was very thorough and informative. The location is discreet and private with unlimited free parking right outside. The salon is clean and kept to a high spec including access to Alexa to play own music during the session. I was apprehensive on the expected results due to my skin tone and hair type but I've had amazing results and only wish I would have started years ago.

The process has been streamlined so that reminders are automatically sent prior to appointments and after sessions so that you have all the information needed to prepare for sessions and for after care.

I got in touch with Pro Laser Hair Removal last year and after a reassuring phone appointment we arranged meeting face to face in the salon. I was given lot of information and started my facial hair removal treatment with Sadia. The results were showing straight away and the prices were so reasonable so I booked myself in for more hair removal on different parts of my body as well. Sadia looked after me exceptionally and she always worked around me regarding my appointments. The results are amazing and long lasting, the prices are very reasonable and I was given a lot of information during the treatment and good aftercare advice. The salon is near Manchester city centre, parking is free and it isn't a problem. Overall I can highly recommend this service because it's very reliable, efficient, the prices are very competitive and Sadia has a lot of knowledge about the treatment. It's a 5 star from me.

I’ve been to many different clinics to have this treatment over the last 10years.
With no success I gave up.
But I came across pro laser clinic and it’s the best decision I’ve made in my life. She has been so caring, dedicated and professional.
And has gave me so much confidence with the hair reduction, I’m a totally changed woman and I owe it all to her!!!
