I paid for expedited shipping and my shipment didn’t make it in the timeline paid for. I contacted the Prolon customer service and never heard back.

It took over a week and I wouldn't pay expedited shipping if I had to wait for that long.

I just tried the first the 1 day fast. I really like the liquid soup and I consider this a great enhancement of the All experience. Everything was pretty much as I would find in the five day fast which made it very comfortable and easy for me to follow.

It came in a timely manner and I usually decide to fast without much time available for shipping. This works for my schedule to pay the extra!

Picked up my box at Staples. The box looked like it was damaged and re-tapped a couple of times, but all the contents were in perfect condition.

Paying for expedited shipping is a waste of money when the product still took several days to arrive.

Expedited shipping is a joke. Took over a week. I like the product but you are quite near a price point that will make me walk away or look for other options in the future.
