Had an issue with our oven not working and a call to Stuart was all it took to resolve, one 20 minute visit to determine the problem and another 5 days later when the part had arrived and all sorted , Polite, knowledgeable and reliable and I wouldn't hesitate in using him again .

We had two faults with our 10+ years washing machine.

Stuart arrived on time and managed to quickly diagnose the first problem and repaired it.

Second issue was more tricky but Stuart persevered and managed to also solve that issue. Both were repaired without having to replace with any new spare parts.

This was all greatly appreciated as it meant it saved us having to spend extra to buy spare parts or even a new machine. This together with the fact we found Stuart to be really professional, helpful and friendly means we will definitely recommend him to others.

Stuart was in the area so was able to get to my place to fix my dishwasher within about an hour of phoning him. Quick, professional, and friendly. Highly recommended.

Stuart from the aptly named Prompt and Precise was very friendly and professional whilst fixing our tumble drier. It needed a part which was ordered and installed within a few days. Flat rate call out and parts cost, no unexpected charges. Excellent service.

Got promptandprecise to come out and diagnose a faulty siemens iq700 tumble dryer. Stuart who turned up was polite professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. The replacement part was ordered and immediately it was delivered he called to arrange a same day install. This company really lives up to its name. I had incredibly prompt and clear communication from Carl and was booked in within days. Charges were made clear before arrival. Stuart arrived promptly and our oven fan and temperature light are now as good as new. Definitely adding this company to our dream team list.

Arrived precisely when he said he would. Having ascertained over the phone what the problem was, got straight on with the job and did not leave until he was satisfied that appliance was working correctly. Very competitive rate, pleasant chap and even gave advice on how to avoid future problems. Apologies to Stuart for late review!

The request was answered quickly and engineer booked in the following day. Stuart was professional and friendly, identified the problem and planned in the return visit soon after. The parts delivery was delayed (courier issue) but Stuart was really flexible and booked us in as soon as they arrived. Prompt and precise! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Our dishwasher was malfunctioning. We were given an appointment in less than 24 hours. The engineer was extremely personable and professional. He explained all aspects of the work as he went along, diagnosed the fault and fixed it. He then gave great advice on what we could do ensure the fault didn’t happen again and how best to maintain the appliance. The call-out charge was all we paid, and that was extremely reasonable. We are so pleased to have found a local company who we feel we can trust with our appliances going forward. Outstanding.

The checking was not thorough as problem could not be identified and resolved. The staff did not reply to any of our emails after the visit, as we were trying to fix the machine ourselves again and just wanted to clarify the parts that they had checked, but no response received at all. Found another supplier and problem solved quickly. Overall disappointing and won't recommend.

I would highly recommend using Prompt and Precise. They were very professional from when they reached out. They reached out with a price list, availability and even mentioned that they just charge a one of calling out charge even if they have to return to fit any parts that might be needed. No need to ask any questions because all the information was politely and professionally provided in the first email. I picked them over other companies with more reviews due to trading longer because they were prompt, precise and professional. Stuart did an excellent Job, my dishwasher is working again. I will definitely use them again if if I need help with appliances in the future.
